The Space:
With peaceful golf course outlooks and generous spaces to gather, this welcoming retreat invites guests to slow down and enjoy the relaxed pace of the South West. The light-filled open-plan living area captures leafy fairway views, while the wood-burning fireplace creates a cosy setting during the cooler months, and reverse-cycle air conditioning ensures year-round comfort. A second living area provides an additional retreat for movie nights, sporting events, or quiet relaxation.
The well-appointed kitchen is equipped with a large island bench with seating, a gas cooktop, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, and generous storage. Enjoy meals in the dining area or gather on the covered alfresco, where leafy greenery and the neighbouring golf course create a serene backdrop for outdoor dining and entertaining.
The spacious primary bedroom offers a peaceful retreat, complete with a king bed, tranquil golf course views, and a private ensuite. Two additional bedrooms feature queen beds, while the fourth bedroom includes a bunk configuration with a double bed below and a single above, making it ideal for families. A family bathroom with a bathtub serves these rooms, providing a comfortable space to unwind after a day of exploring the South West.
Additional conveniences include a private washing machine, Wi-Fi, secure garage parking, and easy access to Dunsborough's beaches, wineries, walking trails, and golf facilities.

Start your morning with a stroll around the fairways before heading out to explore the coast. The shoreline of Geographe Bay is just a three-minute drive away, offering calm waters for swimming, paddleboarding, and family beach days. Dunsborough town centre is only five minutes away, where you'll find boutique shopping, cafés, restaurants, bars, and local conveniences, while Country Life Farm is just six minutes away for a fun family outing. Nature lovers can also reach Meelup Regional Park in around nine minutes, with scenic walking trails, native bushland, and stunning coastal lookouts. Within an easy drive, you can explore some of the region's renowned food and wine experiences, including Wayfinder Wine Bar & Restaurant, Cape Naturaliste Vineyard, Wise Wine, and Happs Wines & Commonage Pottery.
Getting Around:
Parking: Secure garage parking is available at the property
Airport: Busselton Margaret River Airport is approximately a 28-minute drive away.
Public transport: The nearest bus stop is around a 16-minute walk from the home; however, having a car is highly recommended to make the most of the region's beaches, wineries, and attractions.

Quiet Hours & Noise Complaints:
Please keep noise to a minimum after 10:00 pm in line with local regulations.
We kindly ask all guests to respect the property and the surrounding neighbours during their stay. Please be aware that noise complaints are a breach of our terms and conditions and may result in the forfeit of your bond and/or possible immediate eviction from the property.
School Leavers:
We do not accept any school leavers' bookings at any time of the year.
Firewood
A small supply of firewood is provided for the indoor fireplace during the winter months (June–August). Additional firewood can be purchased from local fuel stations and hardware stores.
Pet Policy:
This property is not pet-friendly, and pets are not permitted on the premises.
Rental Agreement:
