Located in the sought-after "Enclave Estate," this family home offers the perfect blend of comfort and convenience. You'll have access to the estate’s shared tennis court, or take a short stroll to Dunsborough Lakes Golf Club. The beach and town centre are less than a five-minute drive away, putting the best of Dunsborough within easy reach.
Surrounded by manicured gardens and an expansive front yard, this charming home offers a peaceful stay nestled beside Dunsborough Lakes Golf Club. Come together in the open-plan living area where raked ceilings and natural light create a warm and inviting space. The stylish lounge offers plush seating and a relaxing atmosphere, flowing effortlessly onto the front timber-decked alfresco, which enjoys stunning easterly views over manicured lawns to the estate’s shared tennis court and courtside gazebo. You’re welcome to enjoy the court at any time—whether for a casual match or to watch a local tournament with fellow holidaymakers.
The contemporary kitchen is well-appointed with modern appliances, generous bench space, and an adjoining dining area—perfect for shared meals and entertaining. The backyard is a standout feature—fully fenced with lush hedges, and a vast lawn area, perfect for kids and pets to play. The covered outdoor entertaining space includes a dining area, BBQ, and ambient lighting, making it ideal for relaxed evenings under the stars. Well-behaved dogs are welcome, but all pets must remain outdoors.
The light-filled primary bedroom is positioned at the rear of the home, offering built-in wardrobes, an ensuite, and direct access to the backyard via glass sliding doors. This clever configuration allows you to retreat to your own space while still enjoying everything the home has to offer. The southern wing, connected by a central entrance breezeway, houses the remaining three bedrooms and main bathroom. Bedrooms two and three both offer double beds, while the fourth bedroom features a queen bed.
Ample parking is provided on the driveway and in the two-car garage. Air-conditioning throughout ensures comfort year-round while in-unit laundry allows you to catch up on washing.
