Master bedroom with walk-in robe, ensuite with tub and his/her showers, as well as a private balcony affording mesmerizing views.

Other Things to Note
This is a high-risk bushfire area, with potentially devastating consequences, so there is a strict NO SMOKING policy and outdoor fires are BANNED during fire season starting November finishing end of April.

Small children are not recommended, as they would require constant supervision due to exposed second and third story mezzanines/spiral staircases.

The property is teeming with wildlife such as kangaroos, rabbits and birds but be aware snakes, insects and mice are also present, we do not allow pets as a result.

Rainwater is used throughout the property so considered use is greatly appreciated.

There is strictly no access to the 4-car garage on site, this is owner storage space.

There are 2 other owner dwellings across the 70-acre property, that are separate and away from Casa Del Mar. Owners and other guests occasional.
