Newland View is nestled in a quiet and tranquil area of Encounter Bay, South Australia.

Fabulous location , a short step away you will find Encounter lakes .
The ocean and local cafes are an easy 5 minute stroll.
The room is a private suite that accommodates 2 guests (Queen bed) with ensuite bathroom and direct access to outside deck with outdoor table, chairs.

Very clean, basic but just what I needed. Lolcation looking over the adjacent park was lovely in a suburban area, felt like I was in the bush. Check in/out was easy, host answered my call when I confused the water tap in shower. I was staying as visiting nearby family from overseas and would definitely stay again. Thank you for hosting me!

Godd little place for a short stay, so clean which is rare. I loved the personal care products! Natural, vegan and beautiful. Nice touch ☺️

Clean quiet and comfortable little place, good location, close to the beach and walkways.Unfortunately the aircon remote was not working, and so although you could turn on the aircon on the machine, you could not set the temperature.It was very cold while I was there luckily, so didnt need it.The shower was very soft

Having visited Victor Harbor for many years, It was more recently after staying at a friends shack that I discovered Encounter bay , and fell in love with the area, so much so we purchased a block of land and built a lovely home.
