Ocean bliss

The location directly on the beach was exceptional. The view from the the ninth floor was great. The brown pelicans did a fly by right outside the balcony throughout the day which was fun.

Excellent property.

Gorgeously decorated in modern grays and ocean blues. Owner provides all the basics which I like to count on— both a drip and keurig coffee maker, extra garbage bags, etc. staff is super responsive and nice. People staying in fall was good mix of people- families, empty nesters, etc.

The check-in process was super easy and everyone at the front desk was nice! The condo was beautiful. Exactly what it looks like in the pictures! Would definitely recommend to anyone and everyone!

Get your Fall Vitamin Sea at the Sea Gull

This is hands down one of our favorite spots to retreat with an awesome ocean view from the balcony with your favorite coffee cup in the morning and your favorite drink in the evening. Plenty of sunshine and mild fall temperatures make for the perfect getaway. The workspace and desk area allow us to stay connected with work if it’s not a true vacation.

Seagull Condo Rental March 2022

Very beautiful place to stay with a beautiful balcony. Weather did not cooperate at all. Did not get to go enjoy the beach at all because of the cold weather. Would definitely come back though when the weather cooperates.

Great stay

Everything was great. But with all the rain there was a lot of water coming in under the windows in the living room. We did call the front and talked with Tre. He said someone would be by, but none ever came. We left towels down where the water was coming in.

Perfect view

The condo was exactly as shown on the website. It was wonderful. The only complaint was that the bathrooms were not cleaned very well. Both showers had long strands of hair on the walls and on the floor and there was trash under the slatted sink bottom. The mats on the floor were not clean either. But other than that it was great!!

Perfect, Peaceful and Panoramic! Room 1001L

Originally we planned on the one bedroom condo with views of the ocean from all sides.We were notified the night before that our room had A/C problems and we had to take another room. I panicked that tthe new accommodatios would be a let down as we were not able to see pictures of the choices given. After contacting Trey at the front desk., we were guaranteed that we would love the view from a corner condo on the tenth floor. He arranged the switch and also gave us a small credit for any inconvenience. The room was wonderful and clean as well as avery comfortable bed. Two small shortcomings however; the shower spray leaked and we did report this to the fornt desk.The second disappointment was that "the cubboard was bare!" No coffee , tea or creamers, no condments like mustard, ketchup, salad dressing and no plastic nor aluminum wrap nor zip lock bags. If you plan on cooking be sure you have the essentials with you. Otherwise, it was a wonderful break for us and we appreciatedthe friendliness of the staff as well.

Beautiful view

This condo has a beautiful view of the ocean, just as pictured. You can watch the sun rise over the water. The condo itself was cute and clean, though there were dishes left in the dishwasher. The only real complaint I have is that we were not able to check in until almost 6 pm!!! I called to see if we could check in early (because I have an infant and we’d driven 3 hours). They said no, check in is at 4 pm. So I said okay no problem, that’s understandable. We arrived at 4:05 to check in and were told our condo had not been cleaned, was not ready and they could not give a timeline for when it would be ready. We had to wait until almost 6 pm to check in, which I think is unacceptable. This is not a dock on the condo itself, but the management of sea gull condominiums. There was another family in front of us that had the exact same issue and the manager told her “I don’t know what you want me to do about it. I only have one housekeeping person today”. Very poor customer service.

Well listed beautiful beach spot

Took my wife for her birthday weekend. It was excellent. Quiet, clean, friendly staff. The views were incredible and the unit was nicely decorated. Great beach access. The pool and hot tub were clean and warm. not very crowded either. A great weekend of walking the beach and reading overlooking the ocean!

The very best ocean view experience at Port A

Very convenient. Pictures were 100% accurate. This place is beautiful and well maintained. We will definitely be back and so appreciate an opportunity to stay here. A complete island experience down to the coordinated dishes and coffee mugs. And a bonus 5 stars for ceramic travel mugs to enjoy the perfect November weather on the ocean view balcony and sunsets over the bay. 😀

Beautiful relaxing getaway right on the beach

This was the perfect location for my bestie and I to get away for our birthday celebration! If we weren’t on the beach, just a few steps away, we were in the fabulous waterfall hot tub or on the balcony enjoying the fabulous views! 👍🏼👍🏼

Beach vacay

Booked last minute for a quick getaway. Condo was more like a hotel - they give you new towels daily if you want. Also had chairs under the shade set up in the mornings on the beach, first come first served. Everyone was super nice. We did need the maintenance guy to help us with something, and he came within 10 minutes of us asking the front desk for help. All in all it was really great, we had everything we needed and it was really relaxing. Just 15 minute drive to some really delicious restaurants. We would definitely go there again!
