Walk up the side staircase to the back balcony where displays of stunning views of the Nature Preserve and sunrises can be taken in while sipping your morning coffee on the outdoor furniture. Make your way through the home's entry from this second-level balcony, where you are greeted with tall ceilings, soothing neutral colors and elegant island and nautical décor. The living room is a great place to gather and watch movies or sports on the wall-mounted TV while seated on the couch (which converts into a Queen sleeper), love seat or matching accent chair, all with plush pillows. Prepare meals in the kitchen equipped with stainless steel appliances, crisp white cabinets, granite countertops, duo Keurig and drip coffee maker, dishes, basic pots, pans and utensils.
