Enjoy your stay at Carolina Dunes 602, a beautifully updated 2-bedroom, 2-bath oceanfront condo. The master bedroom features a king bed with full bath, and the second bedroom offers two queen beds. Check-in was very fast and easy, it was pretty clean and in a very good location

Once we got there and saw the place we had to step out and buy cleaning supplies to clean the place , it was filthy. The bedding was dirty as well thank fully we brought our own covers and blankets. The worst part was that the “king size bed” was actually 2 twin beds put against each other and they just slap a king size fitted sheet and they probably thought we weren’t going to notice. We are definitely never going back there.

This was a beautiful location. The beach access was easy. There was not a TV in the 2nd bedroom that my kids stayed in and only 4 forks in the unit we stayed in as a family of 5 we just went and bought some plastic forks so that was an easy fix.

Ok place.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: When we went the balconies were closed. I did not know this at the time I booked the place. If I had known I would not have stayed there. When I realized the balconies were closed it was too late to cancel. The place was clean but the furniture was old and uncomfortable.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo was pretty clean and nicely appointed. The coffee maker carafe was chipped but usable. The building itself is a bit dated but kept clean. The mattresses are old and not too comfortable. The dryer vents are in drastic need of cleaning. The occurrence that really affected our stay was that while there, the balconies of the building did not pass inspection, and were deemed off limits for use. The access doors were screwed shut. Enjoying the oceanfront view was difficult from standing in the living room. Although there was an apology, there was no offer for an adjusted rate during the inconvenient time.
