Chalet acceuillant et très intime. Propre et chaleureux. On a eu un problème à l’arrivée, la poignée de la porte était défectueuse. Un gentil voisin est venu à notre secours sous la supervision du proprio via la camera de surveillance

Merci Norman pour votre beau commentaire.🙏 En effet, nos voyageurs méritent une arrivée sans souci, et nous faisons toujours notre maximum pour réagir rapidement en cas d’imprévu. Lors de cette tempête de neige exceptionnelle, une malheureuse coïncidence a fait que la poignée de la porte s’est brisée juste après le passage de l’équipe de ménage. Heureusement, un voisin est intervenu immédiatement pour débloquer la situation, et la réparation a été effectuée dès le lendemain. Il est vrai aussi que nous suivons uniquement l’entrée du chalet via une caméra de surveillance extérieure, un outil précieux pour assurer la sécurité du chalet et exceptionnellement pour intervenir rapidement, mais nous respectons le reste de la vie privée de nos invités. Au final, la poignée a été réparée, et bien que nous ne puissions jamais prévoir une casse imprévue, nous restons toujours disponibles pour intervenir rapidement et assurer un séjour confortable et agréable à nos voyageurs.
