This modern comfortable cottage is perfect for getting together with family/friends! Enjoy a peaceful acre of land and relax in our outdoor covered hot tub. Our cottage can sleep 8 comfortably(2 queen, 2,double, 2 large sofa beds, 1 futon). It has 2.5 bathrooms, large open concept kitchen, comfy basement and games room! Nearby:Beach paddle board/kayaking, Bars Restaurants, SAQ/liquor store, grocery stores, Slides, Rock climbing, Hiking,ATV,Golf, Biking Ziplining,

We are from the city of Montreal and enjoy coming here for the peace that it offers. We relax in the hot tub and sunbathe on one of the patios. In winter we relax around the wood burning stove.

We picked this property because it is in the countryside far enough from the hustle and bustle of the city. The house is completely surrounded by nature. A nice bonus is that the village is a 2 minute car ride away and on 2 tiny streets they have all that you need, i.e. grocery store, pharmacy, liquor store, beauty salon etc.

This property is special because it is relaxing and away from the city. We are only minutes from anything that you may need. Local activities are as close as 3 minutes away and if you miss the city life there are bars and restaurant under 15 minutes away.
