Private Hideaway with Beach & Marina Access

Summary:
Relax & enjoy this beautiful holiday home next to the water. There is a large deck and outdoor area with a Spa Pool, Hammock and comfy outdoor furniture. A short walk to both the private beach and the Waikawa Marina. If you are travelling with a boat, there is room in the driveway for a vehilce & boat trailer to a maximum length of 14 metres.

The Space:
A lovely 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom house with large outdoor deck & lawn as well as a vegi & fruit garden (help yourself to everything in the garden :-)

Guest Access:
Access is via a Lockbox

The Neighborhood:
The Waikawa Boating Club & Marina (affiliated with other boating/Yacht Clubs) is a short walk from the house and they have a "Guests Evening" every Friday from 5:30pm.
Next to the Boating Club & Marina is the Jolly Roger Bar & Restaurant.
You also have access to a private beach area that is part of the Elsmore Mews community which the house is part of.
There is a lovely scenic walk to Waikawa Bay,
There is a walking / biking track that you can take from the Waikawa Marina to the Picton Marina (located in the Picton Town Centre). Walking the track takes about 45 minutes to an hour depending on your fitness level.
There are many walking/ biking tracks in and around the Waikawa/Picton area for you to enjoy

* In Picton you must go to SISU, it is a wine bar/restaurant with one of the largest selections of wines we've ever seen and all available by the glass. The food is sharing plates and is amazing. Added bonus is you have a view of the beautiful Marlborough Sounds and the Picton Harbour.
* For a casual bite, Breakfast & Lunch then we recommend Seabreeze Cafe, this is located nest to SISU with the waterfront views
