Make yourself at home in this stylish, 1-bedroom in Victoria, BC. retreat. This marvelous Pied a Terre features beautiful views of the harbour, Olympic mountains and lovely park with Gary Oak trees. The open-plan living area is bathed in natural light with large windows that seamlessly connect indoors and patio space, perfect for relaxing after a days exploring the downtown shops and inner harbour. The living room has a queen size sofa bed for extra quests. Enjoy watching the Coho ferry pass by and the seaplanes landing.
The gourmet kitchen is equipped with top of the line European appliances, perfect for culinary enthusiasts. It offers a very large island with comfortable leather stools to connect with the cook. The dining area has a seating for 6.
The spacious serene bedroom boasts a comfortable queen bed for a delightful nights sleep with a water view and walk-in closet organizer while the sleek bathroom is designed with a large shower, heated floors and lighted mirror and many drawers for storage.
There is an in-suite laundry with a stacking washer/dryer.
This tranquil retreat is ideal for a single person or couple who are seeking comfort, just steps away from the peaceful waterfront promenade and a very short walk to Fisherman’s Wharf, cafes, restaurants, shops and the downtown.
There is a sauna, gym, activity room, library, and workshop at your disposal as well as a car wash station and secure bicycle lockers.

Our neighbourhood in Victoria is truly a gem. Living here, I wake up to views of the ocean and feel the coastal breeze daily as well as watch the Coho Ferry and other ships go by. The area has a relaxed friendly vibe and offers so much to enjoy, from peaceful walks along the water to evenings watching the sunset over the harbour.
There is something magical about having nature and city life so perfectly balanced-it’s a little slice of paradise that I’m excited to share with visitors.
