Nice and bright appartment with a cosy balcony to enjoy the sun all day long.
The spacious living room is perfect for your evenings, dinners and movie time with its projector and 2-meters long screen.
The two bedrooms are seperated from the living room by a small hallway ensuring calm and quietness. Rolling shutters are installed on each window.
The bathtub in the bathroom can host two people!
The appartment is located on the 8th floor of a 12-story building (with an elevator). There are two appartments per floor.
The bedroom n°1 has a queen size bed.
The bedroom n°2 has two individual beds (200x90cm, the pictures have not been updated yet).
The living room has a convertible sofa (190x140cm).
The neighbourhood was identified by the Guardian as one of the coolest in Europe, we hope you will enjoy it as much as we do!
The appartment is a 5 min walk from the metro station MaraĂźchers (line 9) and 9 min from the metro station Alexandre Dumas (line 2)
You will find many ZenPark parkings in the neighbourghood if you need to park your car ("Paris - Alexandre Dumas - Vignoles", "Paris - Avron - Terre Neuve", "Paris - PĂšre Lachaise - Bagnolet", etc.)
