El apartamento está situado a poca distancia de los "Campos Elíseos". En el distrito 17, una de las áreas de clase alta en París, la mayoría de los edificios son de estilo haussmaniano. Está cerca no solo de atracciones turísticas como el Arco del Triunfo y los Campos Elíseos, sino también de supermercados y mercados frescos. Hay un mercado fresco abierto todo el día a poca distancia del apartamento. Si bien está muy bien situado, el apartamento es muy tranquilo.

El apartamento está situado en el primer piso de un edificio de piedra con ascensor. Tiene pisos de madera, muchas ventanas y está decorado de forma moderna. El propietario ha jugado con un esquema de color blanco y negro, dándole al apartamento un aspecto muy elegante.

Al entrar al departamento, uno mira hacia una ventana al frente y el otro tiene un pasillo a la izquierda. Al final del pasillo, uno tiene el baño a la derecha y el dormitorio al frente. Justo antes de la habitación, uno es bienvenido a la sala de estar.

Esta sala de estar está organizada para alojar cómodamente a 4 personas, incluidas dos personas para dormir. Ofrece un cómodo sofá, sillones, una mesa extensible con capacidad para 6 personas y una unidad de pared. El salón se ilumina con luz natural, gracias a 2 grandes ventanas que ofrecen una vista de la calle y del mercado fresco.

El sofá se puede convertir en una cama cómoda para 2 personas. Echar un vistazo a las fotos es realmente una buena cama. Además, la pared parcial da intimidad al rincón para dormir. El propietario planea agregar una cortina para separar a voluntad el lado del dormitorio de la sala de estar y el lado del comedor.

El dormitorio ofrece una cómoda cama doble y una gran cantidad de espacio en el armario. El dormitorio también se beneficia de una gran ventana.

El apartamento tiene una cocina abierta y moderna que está bien equipada para preparar comidas.

El baño está completamente alicatado. Ofrece una gran ducha con puertas de vidrio, un área de tocador, así como la lavadora y la secadora.

El baño se encuentra en una habitación separada.

La ubicación en sí es excelente: el "Mercado de productos frescos de Poncellet", un supermercado y muchas tiendas se encuentran muy cerca del apartamento. La famosa "place des Ternes" está a un par de minutos a pie con sus tiendas de flores y el metro. El "Arco del Triunfo" está a poca distancia: una buena oportunidad para pasear por los "Campos Elíseos" por la mañana cuando la gente todavía se está despertando.

This was my second time staying in this apartment. The apartment is clean, well stocked, and we appreciate having a washer and dryer available. It is in a great location; love the market street and all the little takeout restaurants. It is easy walking distance to both the Ternes metro and the Arc de Triomphe. The only complaint is the TV is rather glitchy not sure whether it was the connection or us not understanding directions.

Nice, clean, tastefully furnished apartment in a residential building. Self check-in and check-out were an unusual procedure but clear directions were provided and we experienced no trouble. The building was quiet and pleasant and a good place to relax after spending a lot of time walking around Paris.

A splendid little apartment in an equally splendid neighborhood. The market on Rue Poncelet and the kithwn in this apartment would make for an excellent cooking vacation. But when in Paris, eat out. And there are plenty of places to eat out right out your front doorstep. A quality Vrbo rental indeed.

Great location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay- such a great neighborhood with all that you need right on your doorstep. We went to Paris primarily to see the David Hockney show at the Louis Vuitton Foundation and a shuttle runs every 20 mins from the Arc de Triomphe - just a ten minute walk away. That was an added bonus!The apartment was well equipped and is larger in real life than we had expected!

Wonderful apartment for our family vacation in Paris

We very much enjoyed our stay at this property during our vacation. JN was very responsive to our queries. We loved the location and proximity to the local markets, conveniences and Metro. The only thing we recommend to improve is the main bathroom sink, which was clogged and did not drain properly each time we went to use the sink. Otherwise, the apartment was great and we would consider staying here again in the future.

Local Gem

This is a wonderful local apartment in the heart of the Arc de Triomphe. This a cute apartment emerged in the local area with the local market, and local shopping on the same street with local restaurants. One bedroom with a pull out couch that is comfortable. It has a full size shower, washer/dryer and nice little kitchen. The toilet is separate which is helpful so that others can shower. It would be great to have a full length mirror in the all by the plug to allow for women to get ready while others shower. Check in instructions are clear and accurate. Easy in and out. Easy access to trains/subway and Uber by going to the main road. Overall I would stay here again. Truly a great location and adorable place in Paris with a great host.

Les instructions de récupération de clé m'ont angoissée, car je suis habituée à me faire accueillir. Ce fut finalement un jeu d'enfant. L'appart est près de tout, notamment un Franprix à moins de 50 m, sans oublier les nombreux restos dans les parages. Appart bien éclairé, propre, calme, cuisine bien équipée. Bémol : la nappe de la table de la salle à manger etait sale. Connexion internet faible et instable.

Delightful

This was our second stay in this apartment, having rented it previously in 2022. As before, we loved the location, the street market, and the many cafés, bakeries, and shops in the immediate area. The apartment is well-appointed, with a small but modern kitchen and shower, a large bed and a comfortable fold-out couch. The kitchen was well-stocked with various essentials. We appreciated having the apt stocked with garbage bags and cleaning items. However the kitchen organization needs work: 1.) Two deep kitchen drawers contain items that no short term renter will ever use: a giant lidded roasting dish and a pressure cooker take up entire drawers. Suggestion: Put them in the owners locked areas or remove. 2) The cupboard above the counter with a round rotating insert is crammed with practical pots and small items. Those items can be arranged and easily accessible in those 2 drawers. 3) The items under the sink are messily piled around the small trash receptacle and should be organized on a small plastic shelf. The manager was incredibly attentive to the couple of minor issues we encountered on arrival (such as burned out lights). They replaced the broken toilet seat the day after we reported its condition. Exceptional communication and support. The only real cons are the things mentioned in many other reviews -- the old, very dirty carpet in the living room, and the ancient, tiny toilet which is in very serious need of modernization to match the rest of the apartment.

Very basic

Overall this was a very, very basic place. The huge saving grace is a spectacular location, in the cutest, most charming Parisian neighborhood. Everything you need is in walking distance. But the apartment is nothing overly special, but works if you need a place to stay. We were here for the Olympics so we weren’t in the apt much.

Great location but this place needs an upgrade

The street is pedestrian only and filled with markets, bakeries, cafes and more. It’s an absolute delight. I would stay in this area again for sure. Roughly a 10-minute walk to the Charles de Gaulle Étoile station which is what we used each day (it connects directly to all the major tourist things we did). The main bed mattress was stained yellow and was truly gross. It’s cheap foam, misshapen and uncomfortable. The bathroom and WC were also dirty, and the shower was very grimy. We stayed at 3 other flats during this trip that were similarly priced but absolutely immaculate by comparison. I don’t understand the reviews for this unit given the grimy factor and gross mattress. Even our 8-year old remarked on it. It would not take much to improve this place but as it stands right now it is hard to recommend.

Amazing location, plenty of space

We had a lovely stay at this apartment (2 adults, 2 kids ages 1 and 5). It's a lot more spacious than I was expecting, though 4 adults might not find it big enough. The beds were fine, the bathroom, kitchen and fans were all adequate. The best part about this place is definitely the location! It's a nice building on a great street filled with grocery stores, markets, cafes, and restaurants. There are so many shops and amenities nearby! It's also close to a major metro station. I do think the kitchen could use some more cooking knives. And when we arrived around 4pm, the apartment was still being cleaned despite the check-in time being 2pm. It wasn't a big deal, we just dropped our stuff and stayed out of his way, but it just seemed a little disorganized. Overall, a lovely stay!

A hiccup when we arrived as the owner had stayed over Christmas and hadn’t let the management company know, so the apartment was dirty. Not what we wanted when we were tired and had just arrived but Jean from the management team was very good and arranged a cleaner to come around. Although this meant that we had to stay out of the apartment until 7:30pm. The location of the apartment is fantastic! The market in the street is wonderful and the patisseries. The Metro station Ternes is around 4-5 mins walk. The apartment is functional and was clean when the cleaner had finished but the apartment is worn. Toilet seat is disgusting and the vinyl cover is peeling off & harbouring germs. The toilet light switch chain had a broken end with engrained dirt. The apartment is very Parisian and that is lovely but it is worn and needs an update. There was also not a nice smell in there. A bit like vinegar, but I’m not sure if this was from a cleaning fluid. Would recommend the location of Rue Poncelet but only the apartment, if it has a bit of an update.

Everything was as advertised, the location was great and the apartment had everything we needed. The only minor issue for us was that it turned out the pull out couch was more comfortable than the main bed. Wonderful stay regardless.

Perfect Parisian Experience!!

What a wonderful neighbourhood! Our family loved staying on Rue Poncelet. The markets were wonderful. The bakery and cheese shop, too. We enjoyed the Cafe on the corner with the red awning for coffee and pastries. It was a short walk to Ternes or Charles-de-Galle- Etoile metro station and from there, we easily got to anywhere in the city we needed. The Apartment was clean and had everything we needed. The check-in and check-out process was simple and clear. I would definitely stay here again!!

Lovely Stay

We enjoyed a lovely 3-day stay in this Paris flat. It is a fabulous location, there is a street market right outside the doors every day and lots of great cafes. We felt safe as its a quiet location. Mixed review

The location was perfect for us. We love the street. We used to live nearby and shopped there regularly. When we arrived the toilet seat was only attached on one side. One of the 2 fans was not working (this was a big deal since the temperature was 95 degrees). When we called about this we also told them the the microwave and oven were not clean. The toilet and fan were fixed the next day. There was also mold in the shower and a low level of grime everywhere. In all fairness we didn’t call about this because I didn’t want to spend my vacation complaining. Lest you think I am just judging by American standards we lived 2 blocks away for 3 years. Our cleaner Sylvia would never have put up with this. So if cleanliness is an issue for you this probably isn’t your cup of tea.

It is the main residence of the owner. He rents when going to his secondary residence. For a guest, renting a main residence is a warranty of high quality : it is always maintained at top level. Obvioulsy, the owner puts away personal belonging. There is more than enough space available for guests.
