Welcome to our cozy, family-friendly 77-square-meter apartment in the heart of Paris—yet in a quiet neighborhood. Located just a stone’s throw from the Gobelins, the Mouffetard Market, and René Le Gall Square, you’ll enjoy all the pleasures of the capital without the hassles.

The Apartment
Located on the third floor (with an elevator) of a Parisian residence, our apartment has just been renovated and features high-quality bedding. Bathed in light thanks to its dual exposure, the apartment is a haven of peace that combines modern comfort with old-world charm.
It has two bedrooms. The first has a 160x200 bed. The second has a 140x190 sofa bed.

The large kitchen, which opens onto the living room, offers a warm and inviting space. The living room features a large, ultra-comfortable sofa and a widescreen TV. The kitchen is fully equipped, including a dishwasher. The large table seats up to 6 people, perfect for enjoyable meals.

The spacious bathroom features two sinks, a large shower for relaxation, and a washing machine for your convenience.

To stay connected, you’ll enjoy our ultra-fast fiber-optic Wi-Fi.

Guests will have access to the entire apartment except for the closets containing our personal belongings.

- No parties: Our apartment is located in a residential building, and we ask guests to respect our neighbors’ peace and quiet. Noisy parties and large gatherings are not permitted. Thank you for adhering to this rule to ensure a pleasant experience for everyone.

- Personal space: Since we live in this apartment year-round, some of our personal closets will not be accessible to guests. We appreciate your understanding and respect for our private space.
