Step inside to discover a bright, open-plan living area complete with a large TV, comfortable seating, a six-seater dining table, and heating and cooling for year-round comfort. The fully equipped kitchen features everything you need, including an oven, gas stovetop, dishwasher, and essential appliances.
Both bedrooms include plush queen beds, and the two bathrooms are modern and spacious, with fresh towels, travel essentials, and laundry facilities including a washer and dryer.
Enjoy your morning coffee or evening glass of wine on the private balcony, or make use of the building’s premium facilities — a swimming pool, gym, and secure off-street parking.
Please note: Key collection is located approximately a 15-minute walk from the property. Details will be provided prior to your arrival.

The guest will have access to the whole apartment during their stay. Please note that this property offers self-check-in. The keys are securely stored at one of our trusted key storage partners, located a short walk away from the property for your convenience. Store opening times may vary due to special occasions or holidays. The store is open 24 hours a day. We strongly suggest you go the shop first then to the apartment block.

Construction Works: Please note that there is an ongoing construction happening along Collins Street and may cause some inconvenience.
Age Limit: We do not accept reservations for groups with travelers under the age of 23 years unless a specific exception has been approved. Travelers under the age of 23 that are traveling with a family group with a parent are more then welcome to stay with us.
Supplies: A complimentary welcome pack will be provided that includes several single-use items to get you started including tea, coffee, sugar, creamer, soap, laundry, and dishwashing supplies. For extended stays, please bring extra provisions.
Interaction with guests: We value your privacy and so we leave you to get on with your visit. We generally have someone meet you with the keys but afterwards we let you get on with your stay.

Cancellations made less than 14 days before check-in will forfeit 100% of the booking value.
