Great location!

My family had a great time at this rental. You can't beat the location - 20 minutes or less away from most of the sights. If you plan on eating in at this rental, utensils and other kitchen things are a little sparse (we ended up using a lot of foil in place of pans in the oven and there are no oven mitts) but overall it was fine for a few days stay.

Great location. Safe neighborhood. Modern updates to home. Only issue is that there are no blinds or shades on the windows and the curtains are so sheer you can see straight through the house from the outside. Made us feel exposed.

The house we well maintained and clean. The property was quiet, and the neighbors friendly.Only issue was a lack of utensils in the kitchen. 3 spoons, a couple of forks, and actual cooking utensils was limited as well Otherwise the stay was wonderful!

The house was very nice but not homey. It is perfect for an overnight stay - our plan was 1 week after our daughter had a baby. The house is definitely not set up for longer stays. I did read the reviews - saw some about poor amenities, no silverware, no plates, etc. so I brought paper plates and plastic silverware. However, there was nothing in the kitchen - no coffee cups (only 3 dirty tea cups), no top sheet on any of the beds, no trash bags, no dishwasher detergent (although check out instructions said run the dishwasher- explains the dirty tea cups). I had to call management to get code to check in. First time I have ever not had clear check in/ check out instructions prior to stay. I will give Evolve credit - when I contacted them the people that helped me were excellent and they responded to my concerns at check out (we did leave early and took the monetary loss). Overall, a very disappointing experience.

May Graduation Getaway

We had a wonderful stay in this lovely house! It is located on a quiet cul-de-sac with one beautifully landscaped yard after another with large trees behind each one rustling in the wind. We thoroughly enjoyed sitting on the front porch to visit in the afternoon breeze. It was a surprising little oasis in the outskirts of Baltimore! We had 4 adults and 2 dogs for the weekend and had more than enough room in the house to eat & visit together comfortably but then be able to retire to our own spaces at the end of the day. The house was only about 20 minutes from where we needed to go in Baltimore for a graduation one day and then some site-seeing another day, which was very convenient. It was very nice to be able to spend the day in the busy city and then come back to this peaceful refuge at the end of the day!

Lock box was hard to find plus get into was stuck . I was told semi handicap no grip bars in up stairs shower, floor extremely to slick .One of the queen bed’s needs a mattress seems like there was a hole in middle of bed. For family of 7 , 3 towels 3 hand towels 2 wash bathrooms .shower was filthy up stairs behind commode along wall bathroom sink was dirty along faucets ,was dirt build up on tv screen in living room tv room nothing but claw prints and finger prints,Front of dishwasher and Range both filfthy in front stuff looked to have been spiked and ran down front.limited silverware no pots decent to cook in everything stuck no bake ware at all no dish washer soap very little dawn dish soap spray.no trash bags and why a cleaning fee if renters has to clean take trash out pull laundry and start dishwasher only thing left clean bathroom and vacuum sweep and mop and that was up stairs couldn’t go down stairs . Living room furniture needs up dated sitting down on loveseat and futon was like sitting in floor . Pillows in living room furniture needs thrown away .

The house was poorly stocked in every room. The kitchen literally had 5 of each utensil, 6 small drinking glasses, and tea cups as mugs. There was not a single sheet pan or cooking pan to use in the oven. All 3 beds had a throw blanket as the comforter and the flat sheets were folded on top of the bed- so the bed wasn't even made properly. There was only 2 towels and 2 washcloths per bathroom- ZERO extras of any more towels or washcloths. The basement shower door was installed wrong and swung inward to the shower instead of outward, which required my husband who is 6ft2 inches tall to shower with the shower door open. The grass was overgrown, so the backyard wasn't able to be utilized at all. The property owner did reach out after I called Evolve Property Management in an attempt to fix some of the issues-he offered to bring more PLASTIC utensils for us to use & offered to come over and vaccuum/mop (as i did mention to him as well that there were ants spotted and other small insects such as spiders throughout the house). However, we did not feel comfortable with him or anyone else at the house when we weren't there because of our belongings. Not to mention, how awkward would it be for us to sit around and watch him mop the floors???? Based on previous reviews, we had high hopes for the property but it was NOTHING as the reviews stated. It makes me wonder if the reviews are even real guests or just made up. Furniture was cheap in living room as well-college dorm style.
