The Oasis is the epitome of resort style living. Nestled on an acre of manicured gardens in the tranquil setting of Ewingsdale just a stone’s throw away from the heart of Byron Bay, this property offers the best of both worlds.

Being 7 minutes from Byron Bays centre and two minutes from the famous café and restaurant “The Farm” you can be close to the action yet retreat to the peaceful setting The Oasis offers. There is no need to go anywhere if you don’t want to as this property offers it all.

Architecturally designed with outdoor living in mind The Oasis offers multiple outdoor living areas to relax and entertain. The property also offers a large Mosaic tiled magnesium salt pool complete with a cabana, daybed, pool toys and a large shade umbrella. This area will provide the ultimate space to unwind and relax.

The main living areas are open plan with bifold doors and integrated flyscreens that open the whole house creating a seamless indoor/outdoor flow. The space is full of light and invites the natural beauty of the outlook inside.

The kitchen consists of German appliances including a Gaggenau five burner hotplate and large oven, integrated French door fridge and dishwasher. The kitchen is extensively equipped with everything thing needed to entertain or have a chef come in and cater to your needs. The garage has an additional fridge freezer for extra storage.

There is a Zip-tap for sparkling, boiling and cold filtered water, and a Coffee machine for those coffee lovers. The house is also equipped with smart home integrations.

The study offers space for remote working and a reading nook and cupboard full of toys, books, and games to occupy the kids and family.

Downstairs has 3 spacious bedrooms all with built-in robes, and bifold doors opening onto beautiful outlooks. Smart TVs are in two bedrooms with entertainment apps, electric blinds, and ducted air. The third downstairs bedroom has a bunk bed, perfect for the kids or a couple can sleep on the double bed.

The downstairs main bathroom is designed with relaxation in mind, spacious and light with a bathtub to relax in, large rain head shower, heated floors, and towel rail.

The upstairs consists of the large Master bedroom with balcony area, walk in robe and large ensuite. This area provides a getaway with lots of natural light and beautiful outlook over the pool. With a king size bed, electric blinds, smart tv, ducted air, heated bathroom floors, heated towel rails, twin shower head, twin basins, and large tub. This space has everything you will need.

The home was designed with outdoor entertaining in mind you will be spoilt for choice, with multiple dining and lounge areas, an outdoor five burner BBQ, and outlooks over a croquet lawn with a croquet set. Nature lovers will enjoy the Australian Native Rock Garden with a dry rock riverbed that leads to a firepit, as well as a herb garden. The property includes secure parking with two car spaces in an automatic garage and an additional space in a carport. There is also ample driveway parking. An automatic gate entry with intercom and buzzer provides added privacy and security for peace of mind.

For families with young children the pirate ship cubby house is a delightful feature equipped with toys, swing, slippery dip, and spring free covered trampoline.

The gardens with meandering flagstone and white rock pathways throughout provide a magical guide through this majestic property. With the beach just minutes away (depending on traffic), and convenient access to Bangalow, Byron and Ballina airport, this property truly offers the perfect blend of relaxation and adventure.
