The home is equipped with the latest SONOS sound system for music lovers, as well as boating equipment for exploring the serene waters of Lake Brandy.

Whether you're seeking outdoor adventures or peaceful moments by the water, this luxurious Muskoka retreat has it all.

**$175 cleaning fee per booking.

**Please note that all bookings require a $500 damage deposit, which will be returned to guests after their stay.

**Be sure to remove all garbage and recycling and take it with you. Muskoka has various rules in place that differ during the year. If any garbage or recycling is left on the property, we charge $25 per bag for removal as there is a charge for us to dispose of it.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please be sure to remove all garbage from the house, including all food items from the fridge and take it to an off site garbage disposal site.
Please leave all linens and towels in a pile in the laundry area. If you have time and could start a load, that would be extremely helpful!
Ensure all lights and TVs are off and doors are locked. Don’t forget a final search of clothes, patio items and lake toys.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
