Fully loaded, furnished, comfortable, efficient, cozy, renovated, spacious, decorated, stylish bungalow available for rent in Freeport NS (on an island) from December/January - May or for whole year, depending on the right fit. Flexible at this time.
Ideal for a single person or couple who can work from home or an artist.
Bungalow with walkout finished basement that includes a separate suite (see other listing for basement suite only). Main level includes an open concept living and dining area with upgraded appliances and kitchen island, master bedroom, bathroom and additional bedroom that serves as a home office. Futon in home office and sofa in living room open as beds.
A door at the top of stairs leads to the basement suite with double bedroom, full bath and another smaller deck. Main area of basement includes an additional workspace as well as exercise / yoga / meditation space. Basement also has a mini fridge, microwave and coffee maker, as well as washer and dryer and wash basin.
