The Golden Pohutukawa - Beach House is a newly built, premium holiday home in an absolute beach front location. With two bedrooms one king and one queen and two bathrooms, this is a wonderful option for up to 4 guests.
Located just a few minutes walk from the centre of Oneroa, with stunning views over the ocean and with modern fixtures and fittings, this property has all the ingredients required for a memorable and relaxing holiday on the beach.
The home is situated on one level, with all rooms in the house taking advantage of the stunning views. The sliding glass doors at the front and back of the house create a wonderful feeling of connection with the outdoors, with decks on both sides of the house giving you access to all-day sun.
The house is fully airconditioned and heated, with independent climate control in the living area and bedrooms, meaning maintaining a comfortable temperature is easy all year round.
The main living space is open plan, with a full kitchen complete with stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher and large fridge freezer. There is a dining space and lounge area capable of comfortably accommodating 4 guests. The space opens onto the front and back decks. There is a smart TV with built in apps and high-speed internet is included.
The bedrooms are at either end of the house, the master has a king-sized bed with a luxury pillow top mattress. This room has an ensuite bathroom with bath and shower. The second bedroom has a queen sized bed with high quality sprung mattress. This bed can easily fold away making room for a crib or porta-cot if required. This room also has an ensuite bathroom with shower.
The outside area is very well appointed, with bean bags for lounging, tables and chairs for dining and sun shade umbrellas for each space insuring you can relax in the shade or bask in full sun depending on your preference.
The property also comes with a premium Hot Springs spa pool, the perfect place to relax after a day exploring the island.
This single level home is easy access, with a wheelchair ramp and wide doorways making it a good option for those with mobility issues.

The Waiheke Unlimited brand was founded and launched by owner Ed Coutts in the mid 90’s, seeking out special properties in unique places that offer our guests the perfect place to stay, from luxury beach-side estates to quintessential Kiwi cottages.
"When I view a potential new holiday home listing, I ask what I would personally want if it was for myself for accommodation or as a venue,” says Ed. “Tranquility, luxury, isolation, exceptional view, facilities and so on,” he says. If the property meets my criteria, then I am happy to add it to our portfolio of fine holiday homes.
Offering all guests a total one stop solution, Waiheke Unlimited have had many high end clients stay with us, from heads of state, leading business moguls through to international celebrities.
“We start with the property and can then add on anything the client may desire,” he says. “We do full provisioning if the client requests it, along with in-house catering, massage, maid service, baby sitting and activities – or the guests can do their own thing confident in the knowledge that experienced staff members are only a phone call away.”
Today, Waiheke Unlimited manages around 60 personally selected properties on the island ranging in rates from $180 to $6000+ per night and ranging from the cute cottage to sensational architecturally designed houses complete with infinity pools and temperature-controlled wine vaults.
