Thank you for sharing your feedback, and please accept our sincere apologies for the discomfort you experienced with the heating and the unexpected light from the neighborhood. We take our guests' comfort very seriously and immediately sent a team member to inspect and address the issues with the heating system and fireplace ventilation to ensure they are functioning properly. We also deeply regret that these frustrations led you to shorten your trip; as a gesture of our goodwill and a sincere apology for the inconvenience, we were glad to provide a refund for your stay. We appreciate your valuable insights as they help us improve, and we hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back for a much warmer and more restful experience in the future.
