This 1800s era Farmhouse has been lovingly restored. We’ve updated all amenities, but kept the historic relaxed vibe. New stainless appliances, and a new deep whirlpool tub are just a few additions.
Come relax on one of two large porches. Great area restaurants, and a lot to do within one hour. (KY & TN!) Incredible pastoral views, abundant wildlife, and all the modern conveniences make this Norman Rockwell style Farmhouse a must stay.
Hosted by a 25 year hospitality manager and her real-life Rock Star husband, we pay attention to details. Our Solid 5 Star Ratings from every guest is the result of diligent Covid 19 Compliant Sanitizing Protocol, along with the little unexpected extras - like treats upon arrival, and Swiss chocolates on each bed.
Our guests all agree. Itty Bitty Acres fulfilled all of their expectations and more!

Wife and I had a great time for our anniversary at the farmhouse. Place was clean, homey, and I felt relaxed and right at home when I came in there. Dog loved being out in the country. Hosts had great communication and were friendly and welcoming from the get go.

What a breath of fresh air! A serene and beautiful gem in the heart of farmland. My children loved connecting with the horse and watching fireflies at night. The decor is stunning. We loved every minute of our stay!

Quiet Getaway

“We had such a peaceful stay at Itty Bitty Acres. The setting was incredibly tranquil, perfect for a relaxing getaway. The house was beautiful, and we loved the small barn with the cute two horses and oh yes, the friendly cat too. Enjoyed all the Knick Knacks and antique items. The house has such a positive aura. When we left, a part of me stayed there…We were looking for a peaceful getaway and glad we found this place. The host was very caring which was reflected while we had a Tornado watch out there. Beautiful and Peaceful

Myself, my husband, and our 2 best friends had a long weekend stay for a concert in Nashville. This was a perfect getaway to relax between concerts, take a break from all noise and rushing that comes with daily life. The furniture was comfortable the beds were comfrorable. It was like stepping into a storybook. I would definately stay again.

Perfect Experience

I rented this adorable little farmhouse to be able to have Christmas with my son’s family and see our new grandbaby. I was hoping for a cozy environment like home and this place was absolutely perfect. It was decorated for Christmas and was wonderful!!! It is an old farmhouse that has been exquisitely redone. I would rent it again and again!

Family Mini Vacation

My husband and our 2 kids met up with my parents at the farmhouse for an extended weekend. The farmhouse was absolutely gorgeous and the property had beautiful views in all directions. The home is on a quiet street which was perfect for the kids to play in the yard all weekend. The hosts were so welcoming and provided a closet full of toys and children’s books for the kids and welcomed us to pet their ponies on the property. They had a delicious apple pie set out for us when we arrived, and relaxing faux candles lit in every corner of the home. We enjoyed sitting on the porch in the evening and watching the sunset, and even had a small bonfire on our last night. The home was stocked with everything we needed to cook meals throughout the weekend. We had such a fabulous stay and will stay again in the future!

Great farmhouse and property

A lovely stay outside of Springfield. The couple was available if you needed anything but left you in privacy otherwise. Highly recommended for a fun farm-living experience!

Above and beyond to accommodate honeymoon

We provided a honeymoon for a young church couple at this country cottage with the mini horses and pet sheep. The bride is blind and vegan. The hosts went out and bought vegan desserts and made the home very accessible for vision impaired. The place is peaceful and quiet and has a spa tub and was perfect for this young couple in our church needing the right place to honeymoon. Highly recommend!

Great new years weekend

We went to the itty bitty horse farm for a relaxing no weekend which was achieved… the house was amazing. The view was heavenly. The horses were awesome. I was able to go for a run and family walk. The apple pie was top notch. We loved it. Thank you all

Itty Bitty Acres is adorable!

We loved staying at Itty Bitty Acres. The owners are the best hosts that we have ever experienced with VRBO. We were greeted with Calming Music playing throughout the cozy, beautifully decorated home. On the kitchen island there was a lovely note addressed to us along with yummy homemade apple pie. Beds are very comfortable, great shower and loved the mini horses. Close to Nashville and Kentucky. Great find!

Comfortable and Charming

Very nice farmhouse with everything you will need for a nice quiet country stay. Close enough to Nashville and other neighboring towns to explore, and yet far enough out to enjoy peaceful farmland. Very enjoyable stay!

Awesome Experience

What a great place, location and host. Stayed while visiting Nashville. Close enough to visit the city, but able to come back to enjoy 100% country. No noise, no congestion and so peaceful. Would recommend to anyone visiting Nashville or just wanting to get away from the city for a while. We’ll be back.

Darling home!

The house was absolutely darling and decorated so lovely! The views of the fields were picturesque. The hosts were friendly and we loved hearing about the history of the house. There are plenty of things to do within a 1-2 hour drive and then return to the quiet retreat down winding country roads. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend to anyone who wants a truly “out in the country place” to stay! Thank you hosts Dan & Sheryl for sharing this place! -The Hall Family

Peaceful & charming getaway

Property was just as described. Remote location perfect for getting away but still having great internet and cell reception. Extremely well stocked. The only negative was the couch has a very strong dog smell. It was so strong that I could not tolerate sitting on it. The owners have lots of good smelling candles and such around to try to cover the smell but it’s not enough. Overall very positive experience though.

A home away from home

To say I fell in love with the place is an understatement. I was looking for something to last a week in, while taking in the sites in Nashville with my partner and our fur baby Mabel. We found a beautiful place that had everything we needed and more. The views are spectacular and the space itself is absolutely beautiful. The kitchen is well stocked for all your cooking needs, just like at home. We thoroughly enjoyed the space, opting to stay in on a few nites as well as capping the week off with a bonfire. Highly recommend Itty Bitty Acres 🙏🏻The hosts are awesome 💕

Country cottage

This was a wonderful cottage. I felt like I was staying in a Storybook location. Woke up to beautiful cornfields and at night there was lightning bugs among the trees. Beautiful country decor. We loved that they had a special note and pie for us among arrival. This is the perfect location for a quiet family stay. It is over an hour drive to Nashville. It is deep in the lovely countryside. I hope to come back for a longer stay. My Mom said it was the cleanest location we have stay to date

Everything we needed

Great old feel in a amazing area. Peaceful and private, but not to far from anything you may need. Host was excellent and accessible. Mini horses were great to see. Would stay here again.

Most relaxing trip EVER!

I want to first start off by saying Sheryl and Dan are absolutely amazing! I've rented at other places before but, the lengths Dan and Sheryl go to for their renters puts them at the very top of the list! I honestly couldn't get over how cute thier little farmhouse was! If you're looking for a nice relaxing trip out in the country this is your place!! It's out of town but, not super far out. I believe it's a 40 minute drive to Nashville but, with all the beautiful scenery it honestly goes by fast! 10/10 would definitely rent from Sheryl and Dan again!!
