This property is amazing..spacious yet cozy home set in a huge yard with plenty of privacy. Fenced in area with a lawn, wildflower garden, raspberries and blueberries. High end custom wood burning cedar sauna for 8! Large outdoor patio with bbq and lots of seating as well as a great fire pit. Covered 8 person outdoor dining. Two large decks to soak up the sun and take in the beautiful nature all around. Peekaboo ocean views from inside and out..Woodstove and heat pump and base boards for the winter months and AC for the summer. Beautifully updated and fresh throughout. Large rooms and comfy beds! Great large soaker tub upstairs and full laundry room down. Lots of parking and also on the bus route! 6mins from downtown Ganges and 2mins from the Vesuvius ferry and beach for the warmest swimming and best sunsets on the island. Fully equipped kitchen. Once you step foot on the property you’ll instantly feel fully relaxed and ready to take on the island vibe! This space is perfect all year round..come enjoy all Salt Spring has to offer!!

Hello!! My name is Aaron and I have 2 boys..Aeson and Akai. Along with their Mama and my beautiful wife, Angie..we moved to stunning Salt Spring Island 5 years ago and began a refreshing reno of our special home. Angie’s eye for design guided (ordered) me through the updating. We love our home but also love to travel about with the boys who’ve been homeschooled all the way. We’ve recently had to say goodbye for now to our beautiful angel, Angie so the boys and I are on our own life adventure which has allowed us to offer up our special space to you to enjoy! Being a host of our own property has always been a dream and I’m very grateful to have that opportunity and to involve my children is even better! We really hope you are able to book a stay with us and experience all Salty has to offer..any time of year!
Why they chose this property
Well..there are many awesome spots on Salt Spring and this spot is definitely one of them. It’s so close to town and ferries, beaches and recreation! It’s on the bus route although you’d never guess it. Very quiet with great neighbours and lotsa critters! The best part is there aren’t any dangerous animals on the island!
What makes this property unique
Our space ticks so many boxes..very quiet, relaxing and private, inside and out. Quality attention to detail, throughout. Indoor and outdoor areas to enjoy..plenty of natural light (which can be hard to come by over here) lots of parking and space to run around and play. Also very close to town and artisans/restaurants.
