Welcome to Gumleaf, a cosy, thoughtfully designed holiday retreat nestled among the gum trees on Tasmania’s stunning East Coast.

Explore, Relax and Rejuvenate at this property, proudly managed by Freycinet Holiday Houses.

Sleeping up to six guests, it’s the perfect base for exploring Coles Bay, Freycinet National Park and beyond.

Just a 10-minute drive from Coles Bay, Gumleaf offers easy access to Freycinet National Park, Wineglass Bay Lookout, local dining and essential amenities.

Gumleaf is pet-friendly, with dog-friendly Sandpiper Beach just 1km away. The deck overlooks the golf course and provides a peaceful spot for morning coffee, relaxing or enjoying sunset drinks.

Inside, the home combines comfort and convenience, featuring Wi-Fi, a flat-screen TV, air conditioning, heaters in every bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen, BBQ, washer and dryer.

The nearby golf club is just a 3-minute drive away and offers delicious meals for an easy night out.

Gumleaf shares a driveway with Birdsong, our neighbouring two-bedroom holiday house. Both homes offer privacy and can be booked together, making them ideal for larger groups who want to stay close while enjoying their own space.Whether you’re hiking, exploring or simply unwinding in nature, Gumleaf is a welcoming home away from home—perfectly positioned for adventure and relaxation.

The accommodation was clean and felt new, which we really appreciated. However, the space itself is quite small, and we were disappointed to find there was no fenced-off outdoor area for our dog—especially for a place listed as pet friendly. A secure area would have made the stay much more comfortable.
