There aren't many lodging options in this area so, I was surprised to find this property. It was AWESOME! The layout was great, beds were comfortable and the patio area was incredible. Great views!!

Perfect house for a few days to explore the Great Sand Dunes. Location is unbeatable. The privacy and little touches in the house truly make it feel like yours for a few days.

Heaven!

Perfect family stay. Felt like we could truly disconnect. Went for lots of walks, played at the dunes, and just enjoyed being outside. Cabin was so cute, well decorated, clean, high end furnishings and appliances, and the beds were great. Can’t wait to come back.

Great Cabin near the Sand Dunes

Great cabin! Very clean and quiet. Perfect place to relax by the fireplace on a cozy evening. Had everything we needed. It was a very nice weekend. I would highly recommend it. And we will be back!!

An awesome home to enjoy the Sand Dunes and relax in Colorado's natural beauty. Host was responsive, the home was clean and well-equipped. I have worked in the Short-Term Rental industry for 7 years, and this property was on point! With the addition of Starlink internet working perfectly, I highly recommend this property!

Perfect place for visiting the Sand Dunes

Very comfortable home that worked well for our party of 4 adults and 1 toddler. Pleasant and quiet. Extra half-bath and washer/dryer were a plus. Conveniently located to visit the Sand Dunes and the Colorado Gators Reptile Park. It was great that they had things like cornhole as well as sleds for the dunes. We would definitely stay here again for future trips. Thank you to our hosts.

Wonderful Place to Stay!

We had a wonderful time on our trip here! The house is super cute! It's a new build with very nice features, appliances and decor. We absolutely loved the back patio. The view is beautiful and the kids had a blast playing out in the trees. The house has two bedrooms with queen beds but it also has two cots that you can pull out if you need them as well as a nice pack n play! They have sand sleds and sand boards for you to use at the dunes. We took advantage of using the sand sleds and my kids had a blast. It's a super easy drive from the house to the sand dunes which were breathtaking!

Fantastic NEW House as close as it gets to the Sand Dunes!

We stayed in this beautiful house for a weekend getaway with our 3 kids (6, 3 and 1 year old) and dog. There was plenty of space to play and run around inside. The beds were super comfy and even had a cot and air mattress for more sleeping options. Loved the decor and beauty throughout the house. We took advantage of the sand sleds when we were at the Dunes and then later took advantage of the washer/dryer in the laundry room to clean up the kids' clothes! Kitchen was fully stocked. K-cups for the morning. Everything is brand new! Great location for the Dunes or the Gators. Highly recommend checking this place out!!

New - fresh- clean, tastefully decorated, well appointed house in a private location. Stayed 2 nights in early Sept which was perfect and allowed us to spend a full day at the Great Sand Dunes National Park. Loved that the house has 2 sleds (and 2 boards which we didn’t use) to bring to the Sand Dunes. Excellent location close to the park entrance and also to Zapata Falls. After a day at the Great Sand Dunes we picked up take out food from the Oasis Restaurant, right outside the park entrance, to bring back to the house for a relaxing outdoor dinner. Appreciated having a new big washer and dryer after a day of sledding and hiking. Enjoyed Zapata Falls on our second morning - arrived early and no one else was there til we left the falls. I recommend staying at this delightful house; the 2 mirror-image queen bedrooms are perfect for 2 couples.

COOL MOUNTAIN OASIS!!! The home is comfortable, clean, and a great place to relax. We loved the peaceful neighborhood and the beautiful mountain setting of the property. The views were amazing, and the sunsets from the front porch were unforgettable. We enjoyed having outdoor seating areas in both the front and back to relax and enjoy the scenery. We'd happily stay here again!
