Other Things to Note:
** Due to the strict Shire regulations, we don't accept any bookings for parties, functions, events or schoolies groups. We only rent to families or smaller mature groups. You must be over 30 years of age to book. Photo ID is required after the booking is accepted. **

We want guests to have an enjoyable, peaceful and memorable visit with us. Whilst these rules may sound quite heavy, it is based on years of experience and necessary to protect ourselves from any issues.

By booking with us you are agreeing to comply with the Booking Terms and Conditions including the following House Rules. Failure to comply may result in extra charges and/or immediate removal from the property. NB. Airbnb will side with the Host as you have agreed to these terms. The booking Guest will be there for liable for any penalties incurred.

The house was recently modernised and renovated to create a hotel-like experience. With huge living areas you definitely won't be cramped for space.


ATTENTION SCHOOLIES - Please don't inquire. Any schoolies thinking they will use their parent's account to book will forfeit their booking on arrival, be refused entry and lose their booking fee. All guests will be greeted in person and properties closely monitored between 26/11-4/12. Non-compliance will lead to instant eviction.
