Serenity Now (Short Stay Registration Number STRA0377/22)

During the regular off-peak Autumn/Winter/Spring period (not including public and school holidays), we can provide a 'special offer' which is to add in one extra night free of charge when you book at least two nights or two extra nights if you book at least four nights. If you wish to take up this option, reach out to us in the first instance to determine the correct booking process.

Our home is fully set up to allow our guests to concentrate on enjoying their stay and spending time on themselves, family or loved ones.
Three immaculately presented, great sized rooms allow you to settle in with comfort.
The house has fully functioning kitchen and amenities as well as an outdoor BBQ.
The living area extends onto a large outdoor patio area via large sliding glass doors which brings the outdoors indoors and vice versa. This is the ideal space for sitting back and entertaining. The patio is covered by a good sized verandah allowing the space to be used in all sorts of weather conditions, extending the livable area.

The following is a summary of our Code of Conduct. The Code of Conduct requires guests to:
• Behave responsibly during your stay. Loud yelling, screaming, cheering and aggressive behaviour is NOT acceptable and may result in the early termination of your stay if a complaint is received by Council
• No additional accommodation is permitted on site such as tents, caravans, campervans
• Do not use outdoor areas for activity between 11.00 pm to 7.00 am
• Place all waste into the bins provided prior to leaving
• Park all vehicles within the property boundary.

Additionally, we require you to:

• Abide by the conditions, rules and policies detailed within the online booking platform associated with your short stay rental agreement.

Please be mindful while enjoying your stay that surrounding neighbours live in this community and are entitled to peace and amenity in their residential area, thank you.
A serious breach of the Code of Conduct may result in the termination of your rental agreement and require you to immediately vacate the property.

This was the best accomodation house that I have ever stayed at. 100% recommend this place if you want a relaxing trip away. The house was super clean, tidy, comfortable and had everything you needed. It had a great outdoor seating area. Great TV, good wifi connection. It s close to everything. 10/10. Excellent.

Serenity -mom’s weekend sway

It was our annual mom’s weekend away. The venue was great as we could walk into town, the beach and it was easy to access everything we needed. The home is comfortable and clean. We were nicely surprised with a box of chocolates and a bottle of wine placed for us in the kitchen. Overall we had a great time

Cute and Cozy

We had a lovely stay at Serenity Now! Beautifully styled with pretty beach decor. Really comfortable beds with very nice quality linen. Tonnes of towels and loved the “sustainable” containers of bath products in the bathrooms. Thank you for the welcome pack it went down a treat on the first night. Handy location to the beach and shops and pretty close to use as a base for trips to wineries. Thanks Con and Maria we had a lovely restful getaway.

Great holiday home

This holiday home is fully equipped with everything you need. No shortage of towels, glassware, crockery, etc. that you get in other places. We stayed in winter and the heating made it lovely and warm. Communication and check-in process were great. There was a lovely welcome gift. We brought our dog; the yard was lovely and enclosed. Pets not allowed on furniture or beds, which was fine for us.

Quiet, clean and central

Had a great 3 night stay, nice quiet location, lovely and clean inside. 10 minutes to Enchanted Adventure and Arthur’s Seat Chair Lift, 15 minutes to fantastic dog beach, 20 minutes to Sorrento. Always a quick response from Con. Everything you need supplied plus some chocolate and wine 😊

Lovely property

We stayed over the Grand Final weekend. The house is cute and compact and nicely renovated, it had everything we needed and was very clean with lovely fresh linen and towels provided. There was also a safe backyard and doggy door for our fur baby. Shops and beach are a short walk away which was very convenient. I would recommend this property. Thanks Con and Maria.

Weekend away with family

Clean and amenities were great

Our stay at Con’s property was enjoyable. The cleanliness and beautiful decor was so welcoming. Whether we were after a clothes rack, pegs, platter or a toastie maker, it was all there and so clean! We really enjoyed our stay and location was great!

Excellent location for a stay in Mornington

We had a great time at this little house. It's walking distance to the beach, Rosebud pier, the dog beach, and the pub! The house itself was super clean and well supplied. I couldn't fault it, and highly recommend it.

Fabulous chill space by the beach

Everything was an easy walk, such a great area. The house was small but perfect for our extended family of 10. The welcome gift was a lovely touch. The Greek coffee a lovely surprise. The decor was peaceful and welcoming, and the towels and linen do fresh. We must have had fun, we forgot to turn on the teli. Even though the weather was unpredictable. we enjoyed the outside space so much, the outdoor heater was cosy, and the area was used constantly, sometimes just one of us, sometimes all 10, often something in between. It was a perfect weekend away, would stay again

We were looking for a quaint little place that was clean, tidy and affordable.

We had a wonderful stay and we really loved the beach style cottage feel to the place. We also appreciated all the little personal touches like more than enough towels and toiletries to heaters in all the rooms. Everything was clean and tidy and the outdoor area was amazing, even though we didn't get to use it much because we were in and out of tge place so much, we did manage to sit down for a culpa outside and enjoy tge surroundings. We very thankful to our hosts Con and Maria.

Great family home

Beautifully furnished home with beach house theme. It’s a great spot for those wanting to switch off and have family time. The home suits up to three families. Easy check in process and home comes furnished with kitchen appliances, toilet amenities, towels and bedding. The only think I will say for future, would have preferred if the bunk beds were pre-made with linen on. Thanks for a great stay.

Great accommodation

We had a lovely four night stay over the Christmas break. The beach house was beautiful, very clean& spacious. Great outdoor area to have dinner and a drink in the evening. Safe and secure for our dog as well. It was in close proximity to the beach, local cafes and shops. Owners left us a wonderful gift on arrival which was greatly appreciated. Would definitely return.
