The neighborhood was quiet, great for walking on roads and down to the Mill Pond. The backyard was very private, nice to have deck and shade tree for sitting.

Our host was wonderful and very accommodating. They communicated clearly with us which helped make our stay stress free. The house was charming and comfortable with all of the modern conveniences. Being able to walk to Nauset Beach was an added "plus" and we thoroughly enjoyed our time experiencing Cape Cod during the Fall.

Property was very clean and well stocked.Quiet neighborhood, great for dog walking. Host was quickly responsive to our text late at night about how to turn on the heat. Would suggest operating instructions at the property for heat/AC units and TV, and a railing for the front step..
