We had a wonderful stay! The house was just as shown in photos. Very comfortable accommodations. Loved playing in the game room area. Owner was quick to respond when we had a question. We were 4 adults. Highly recommend.

Great stay

Property is well maintained. Communication with host was great, location perfect. Went to Zion and Bryce. Obviously there’s no easy way to get to Bryce so that was a couple hours. But for two days at Zion it perfect. Our family would stay here again.Todd

Guys trip.

Flew into Vegas and spent the day and then drove to the house. It was about a 2 hour drive that wasn’t bad. Spent 3 days hiking in Zion National Park. Angels Landing and the Narrows were epic! Highly recommend! 4 guys stayed at the house and we all had our own room which made it nice. The house was well equipped and had everything we needed. The outside area was very nice too. We loved the fire pit and patio. We would definitely stay there again.

Great place! Within 25 min. of Zion.

Property was very clean, well-maintained and well stocked with coffee, spices, kitchen utensils, bathroom amenities, etc.... Everything we needed. Beds were very comfortable and the ping pong table was an added bonus. We had a tournament every night. Very close to Zion National Park and the drive to get there was worth staying about 20-30 minutes away. We highly recommend this property to stay at while you are visiting the area. Thanks again for a great stay!

Beautiful home in Hurricane

We very much enjoyed this house. It had every thing we needed and was very clean. The pics accurately reflect the house. An easy 25-30 min drive to Zion south entrance. It was great to come back to and relax after busy days of exploring the area. Plenty of stores and restaurants nearby. As mentioned by other reviews, the driveway is steep, but that is in the description and was not an issue for us. We’d stay again for sure!

Great house close to many attractions.

The house had all the cooking utensils and some spices, olive oil, etc. that are not normally at all homes so you have to buy them, which was nice. Walking distance to River Rock Roasting company that has a fantastic gorge view and the food/coffee/beer was really enjoyable. Only a short drive to Springdale and Zion NP. Balcony One is a very enjoyable restaurant in Virgin UT, 15 minutes away with a gorgeous drive to get there. Convenient from Vegas, only a two hour drive with a stop in Mesquite for three really nice golf courses. Sandy Hollow Reservoir has rock jumping for the kids and renting a pontoon boat to pull the kids in a tube was affordable. We were there in August so it was HOT (105 degrees each day). Two hour, enjoyable drive to Bryce Canyon or the North Rim of the Grand Canyon. House has four rooms, each with King beds so it's we had a room for my wife and I, each child (16 & 14) had their own room, and grandpa and grandma joined us last minute because there was another king bed for them as well. Simply put, if you are looking to spend a few days hiking Zion or the southern Utah area, great home to rent.
