Great stay this weekend, my friends and I had a wonderful time. Bedrooms are comfortable and extremely roomy. Host is very responsive. Close to beach. Nice deck just very close to neighbor.

6 ADULTS. THE BED ROOMS WERE EXTRA LARGE. A TV IN EVERY BED ROOMS AND LIVINGROOM. THE KITCHEN WAS A LITTLE SMALL, BUT IT SUITED OUR NEEDS. THE BACK DECK WAS GREAT. ALL IN ALL IT WAS A GREAT GET AWAY FOR US OLD FOLFS.

This house was very spacious. The bedrooms are large and clean. Sheets and towels were provided as listed. Kitchen was on the smaller side and dining space was tight but the porch dining area is very large and convenient. Kitchen was appropriately stocked with dishes and cooking utensils. There were also Kcups and some spices and salt and pepper, but no cooling oil. The listing does state toiletries are included but this was only hand soap and dish wash, no shampoo or anything else was available.The check in is very convenient. I never met the host, it did not seem like they lived near the property.Overall, a good stay in Cape Cod and very central in location to most attractions we wanted to see. If you're doing the rail trail, this is particularly close by.
