Main entry to the property is at the rear, there is only 2 steps to access the house.

Lift: No - The main entry to the property is at the rear (up the driveway), only 2 steps into the house, there is also the downstairs front door which has a staircase.

(f) intentionally, recklessly or negligently damage the personal property of neighbours of the premises or other occupants of a strata or community scheme.

This property is approved for holiday accommodation only, no extra bedding mattresses, tents, caravans or more cars than the property accommodates are allowed.

After hour emergency service is available 24/7 during your stay.

If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property immediately with no refund of monies.
