Enter an open main living area with living room, dining area and kitchen. The living room has comfortable seating and a flat screen TV with Roku (stream content with your own accounts). There is a dining area with a table and a nicely equipped kitchen with stainless appliances and counter seating.

Just off the kitchen is a half bathroom with washer and dryer. A door from the half bath leads to the enclosed outdoor shower on the deck.

A spiral stair case in the living room leads to the second floor bedroom. The bedroom has a queen bed, skylight and ensuite bathroom with shower.

A/C: Two ductless split unit air conditioners--one in the main living area on the first floor and one in the bedroom on the second floor.

The fenced-in back deck has a table with chairs, gas grill and enclosed outdoor shower. This lovely and private outdoor space is the perfect spot for meals, coffee, cocktails and relaxing.

Only a short stroll to Wellfleet's famed galleries, shops and restaurants in the town center. Walk to Uncle Tim's Bridge, the weekly Wellfleet Farmers Market and the town's wonderful harbor and marina for more shopping, dining and fun on the water. Short ride to Wellfleet's ocean beaches, freshwater ponds, golf, Cape Cod National Seashore beaches, trails and historic sites and live theater. Head up to Provincetown for a day/evening of fun.

**** CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY ****
Upon cancellation for ANY reason, money will be refunded less a 20% service fee of the total rental amount due, ONLY if the property is re-rented for the same terms and conditions of the original Agreement. Tenant further acknowledges and agrees that where Kinlin Grover Compass undertakes to re-let the property, the rental fee to be charged to the substitute tenant shall be in an amount to be determined in the reasonable discretion of Kinlin Grover Compass and Owner. Tenant agrees that any cancellation of the reservation, undertaken at any time, shall not be effective unless in writing and delivered to Kinlin Grover Compass.
