As you step inside, you'll be greeted by a spacious living room, perfect for bringing your family together after an exciting day at the South Padre Island beach. The open floor plan seamlessly connects the living area to the dining and kitchen spaces, making it ideal for sharing meals and memories. Stock up on fresh groceries from the nearby Blue Marlin store or visit local fish markets to prepare a delicious seafood dinner. Upstairs, the primary bedroom features a luxurious king-size bed and a private balcony for a peaceful retreat. The second bedroom offers 2 Full-sized beds and its own ensuite full bath. For your convenience, a washer and dryer are also located upstairs.

Refundable Damage Deposit: Rentals may require a Refundable Damage Deposit from March through Easter weekend. The Rental Company will collect this deposit by cash or credit card at check-in. If paying by credit card, the Primary Renter must present a credit card that matches their name upon check-in. For more information, consult the Property Description or contact the reservation agent.

Age Restrictions: The minimum age requirement for renters is 25. As per Homeowner Association Rules & Regulations, THIS CONDO DOES NOT ALLOW YOUNG ADULT/SPRING BREAK GROUPS.

- This rental is family-friendly and non-smoking.
- The number of guests must not exceed the stated maximum occupancy.
- Parties are strictly prohibited.
- Please keep noise levels to a minimum to respect other guests and property owners.
- Professionally laundered and sanitized linens may be exchanged for free on the east side of our off-site Guest Welcome Center from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.
- Laundry detergent and sofa sleeper linens are available upon request at our off-site Guest Welcome Center.
- Full access to this property requires the use of stairs.
- This vacation home does not allow pets.
