Welcome to Beach House I #203, a beautiful beachfront condo in the heart of South Padre Island!

This inviting two-bedroom, two-bathroom retreat combines comfort and coastal charm, perfectly accommodating up to six guests for a relaxing island getaway.
Step inside and be greeted by a spacious living area with breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico. The cozy living room a large sofa that includes a pullout bed and a flat-screen TV an ideal space to unwind after a day in the sun. The dining area features a large table with seating for six, plus 3 additional barstools along the kitchen counter, providing plenty of room for meals and conversation.

The primary bedroom boasts a brand new luxurious king-size bed and a private en-suite bathroom, while the second bedroom also offers a king-size bed, perfect for families or friends traveling together. Step out onto the private balcony to take in the refreshing Gulf breeze and listen to the soothing sound of the waves.

Guests at Beach House Condominiums enjoy access to two sparkling pools, ample lounge seating, and a private beach access just steps away making it easy to enjoy the sand, surf, and sunshine.

Every stay at Beach House I #203 includes a complimentary starter kit stocked with essential vacation items such as toilet paper, paper towels, soap, shampoo, conditioner, dish soap, laundry detergent, coffee and filters, olive oil, and basic seasonings. For your comfort, we recommend bringing a few personal favorites such as beach towels, sunscreen, extra blankets, bottled water, or baby items. These small extras will make your stay even more relaxing and worry-free.​​​​​​​

The property was spotless. Everything was almost like new. Linens were especially nice. View of the gulf was beautiful. I would recommend this unit to anyone.
