Excellent property in a great location. We had nine guests which was a very comfortable number for this house. Bedrooms and baths were very nicely appointed. Beautiful kitchen and nice porch made a great location.

Excellent, clean, and beautiful property. Great house for a girls’ weekend. Walkable to downtown for shopping. Plenty of room for the 6 of us and the house was well-equipped with everything we needed. Check-in was smooth and the host was very responsive. Highly recommend!

This house had wonderful amenities and a great space to enjoy our friends 40th birthday’s. The location was walkable to the Downtown mall and had a cut coffee shop a block away for an easy morning. Clean, modern, and plenty of space. We would highly recommend for a couples trip getaway!

Beautiful home and comfortable! Very well maintained! Great location to walk to dining. Quality linens and dishware! Be sure to bring foil, ziplock bags, nonstick sprays ect. As noted in the listing these items are not stocked. I would definitely book this rental again!

We had a wonderful stay here with 3 other couples on our trip to Monticello to celebrate the 250 America celebration! The location was perfect! Walking distance to Charlottesville main street with all the shops and restaurants. The place itself was stunning. So beautifully decorated with quality furniture. Not overdone, but just right. We had plenty of room for all of us. The kitchen was spectacular, with a huge center island that accommodated everyone. I love that it's not someone's home, but is run by a hospitality group. There were no personal items left around. Felt more like a high end hotel than a home. We had a few plumbing issues, but nothing that had to be addressed right away. More that I wanted to inform them for future guests benefit. And while we were there for the holiday weekend, communication with the host was excellent. Always got back to me within minutes. Highly recommend this place. You will not be disappointed. We were sorry to hear the Common House had been closed we would have liked to experience that, but there was plenty of other things to do right outside our door.

Beautiful home in the center of Charlottesville. Kitchen was well stocked with supplies and with a great set up to cook. The wine fridge was also great to have! Very comfortable beds and lounging areas.
