We loved everything about our stay at Arbutus Ridge. The cabin was beautifully decorated, clean and perfectly appointed! The hosts were wonderful. The view, stunning.
Perfection… is what I thought as soon as I saw the cabin. We had the pleasure of seeing a beautiful black bear upon arrival. The view of the water was absolutely stunning, whether you were sitting outside by the fire or cozied up inside. The cabin was immaculate and had everything we needed for our stay. I loved all the recommendations for nearby hikes and restaurants. Thank you Ann and Dean for being amazing hosts! Oh, and I have to mention a little pup that came by for her treats each day… I enjoyed her visits:)
An absolutely stunning property with amazing views and a top drawer interior. Ann and Dean are simply lovely and cannot do enough to welcome you to their very special property.
My husband and I had the most relaxing weekend away at Dean and Anne’s place. The space felt completely private. With views of the ocean through arbutus trees, we were at compete ease all weekend. Would definitely stay here again! Thank you!
This was the perfect place for a quiet long weekend. The cabin is thoughtfully decorated and well-designed. The view on woods and water is mesmerizing and calming. The location is quiet and easy to find. Great communication with the hosts, including a heads-up about wildlife wandering through the neighbourhod.
This was a stunning retreat location! Nestled on the mountain side, it has an incredible ocean view. The home is perfect, well equipped, and is thoughtful in all the details: lovely linens, well equipped kitchen, and nice toiletries. I would have loved to stay longer!

Michelle and Martin were great guests! Easy to communicate with, respectful of the cabin, and they left everything in great shape. We'd be happy to host them again anytime!
The cabin is surrounded by beautiful Arbutus trees and the view of the ocean is spectacular. Our favourite time of day was watching the sunset, whilst sitting around the fire pit and listening to the sound of crickets. The cabin is ‘state of the art’ and so many thoughtful touches have been added, we felt very pampered. We look forward to returning!

Stunning views, a lovely cabin, and a wonderful experience overall. The cabin itself is modern-scandanavian in style, and excellently appointed. Wood stove and an outdoor gas fireplace in case you need something to fight off the damp chill of the Pacific northwest, and just enough of a kitchen for a hot dinner. The hosts are lovely people who are happy to help you with whatever you need and leave you be the rest of the time.I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.
I enjoyed a relaxing couple of days at Arbutus Ridge last weekend. The cabin was immaculately clean and well organized, and was beautifully decorated. The unique layout was perfect for a solo traveler, and there were so many thoughtful touches like fresh milk and tea, as well as functional design elements like lighting inside the cabinets. It was quiet and peaceful, with a comfortable bed and a choice of pillows, and a magnificent view of each day's sunset. I would highly recommend Arbutus Ridge for anyone looking for a quiet and cozy retreat on the Sunshine Coast.
