Hi Aggie and Ron, We are so surprised and sad to hear you feel this way after your return home. We hope for the best experiences for our guests when we are sharing our little piece of paradise with them, and make every effort to address concerns quickly if they arise. We spoke to you on the phone and communicated with you through the VRBO app several times within minutes of your first message. The only issue that we couldn't fix immediately was the light over the hot tub. We walked you through connecting to the wifi, but we were unable to figure out the light together on the phone. Luckily, the light from the kitchen window is quite bright and illuminates the deck in the night. However, we apologize that we could not immediately help you turn on the light over the hot tub as we understand from discussions during our multiple phone calls that it was very important to you. If you anticipated more than one load of laundry during your stay, we would have been happy to drop off more laundry pods. Unfortunately, you did not mention that you needed more, so we could not address that concern. The woodshed is full of dry wood, but we apologize that there was none in the cabin. If you had mentioned that we had not replenished the inside wood before your arrival and you were unable to bring wood inside, we could have arranged for someone to come and carry it for you. We are always responsive to concerns as they are reported to us, but it is tricky to help with issues of which we are unaware. When we offered to refund the 3 nights that you decided not to stay for, you agreed to that solution. We refunded immediately. We will endeavour to improve our communication with guests in future so that other miscommunications will not occur. Again, we are so sorry that you did not have the best experience at the Log Cabin.
