Gulf front Splash Resort Condo, 3rd Floor, Beachfront, Free Beach Service

Splash 303 West is a very spacious two bedroom, two bath condo with a bunk room. It is very conveniently located on the third floor of the west tower.

It is beautifully furnished with many conveniences to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. The living room has a sofa sleeper and a 55" Samsung Smart TV, sound bar. and DVD. The master bedroom has a king size bed with a Sterns and Foster mattress, and a 50" Samsung Smart TV and DVD. The adjoining bath has a garden tub and separate walk in shower and double sinks in the granite vanity.

The guest bedroom has a queen size bed, 40" Samsung Smart TV and DVD. There is a separate bunk room with three twin beds. The third twin bed is in the drawer below the bottom bunk. Please note that the bunk room, does not have a door. The guest bath has a tub shower combination.

The fully equipped stainless steel kitchen has everything, including a new french door refrigerator, new microwave, dishwasher and a new slide in electric range and all the small appliances you need. The unit is also equipped with a washer and dryer.

The balcony spans both the living room and the master bedroom with access from both, and has comfortable furniture including two cushioned chairs and table and two chaise lounges with 8' cushions and tables.
Beach service is included in season.

We absolutely loved this condo! It was perfect for our family. The beds were so comfortable and the balcony has such comfortable furniture with stunning views!

This unit was so well stocked! We didn't have to worry about blenders, toaster, coffee maker! Even had enough TP and paper towels for our entire week! Highly recommend!

First time at Splash

This was our family’s first time in PCB and staying at Splash resort. Our condo was clean and was well stocked. The owners were very communicative for the whole check in / check out process and even checked in to get any feedback on the condo during our stay. Our girls loved all the amenities the resort had to offer. We will definitely be back!

Family friendly comfortable condo

The unit itself was great. Loved the personal touches that made us feel right at home. My grandson loved the bunk beds and the seclusion of the 2nd bedroom and bunk beds from the master was great for 2 couples. Only downside to this resort is the elevators. Only 2 for a 21 story building-and 1 was out of service for a bit. Luckily, the unit was on the 3rd floor-so we took the stairs most of the time.

Very nice condo! We like to stay on the lower levels due to the long wait time for elevators. Some days they are super busy so we took the stairs! Beach chairs and umbrellas are an added bonus. The young men working with those wouldn’t try to accommodate if you wanted front row. Lots of empty front row but according to them no availability. Owners are great and responded quickly if you had a question. I highly recommend the restaurant McGuires and Thomas Donut Shack! We will return!

My family loved our stay! The room was spacious and clean. The pools are awesome and the views are beautiful. My kids chose to sleep on the sleeper sofa because there was no tv where the bunks are and there needs to be a better frying pan for eggs but that's the only 2 small negatives. The kids are already asking when we can go back.
