If you are looking for a beautifully decorated condo, right on the beach, that is close to the “strip” to get some really good meals quickly but far enough away that it is still quiet, this is the perfect place!! The kitchen is stocked well with everything we needed for our stay and the beds were comfortable and we loved that there were so many extra pillows! I really like that there was a broom available for cleaning up the sand. The resort was very clean and safe. The courtesy patrol was on his game checking for bracelets and roughhousing. Overall great stay!

Thank you for your suggestion about the artificial tropical plants. We will certainly take action. It's disappointing to receive such a low rating over something as simple as plants, however I am sure all of my future guests can take into account all of my 5 star reviews that point out all the wonderful things about our condo.

It is always nice to look out and see the beautiful beach! We also enjoy being able to bypass the elevator and use the stairs being on the third floor. The kids enjoy the bunk beds and the beach. All in all, a good week!

I'm so glad you loved everything! You are correct, the elevators are super busy during the summer and especially on check in and check out days. Luckily we are only on the 3rd floor so this makes using the stairs not too bad!

We enjoyed our stay. Being on the 3rd floor was super convenient and the condo was very beautiful. Only thing was the air not working AT ALL. We all slept with balcony doors open just to have some air moving, but the temp outside was as hot as it was inside. The fans in the bathrooms only blew hot air.

This is not true at all. The air is working fine however if you leave the balcony doors open, the air shuts off to prevent damage to the air handler. There are signs on all doors advising guests that if doors are left open the air will shut off. This guest never once reached out to me to complain about the air conditioning. As you can see from all of my other 5 star reviews, there is no mention of the air conditioning not working.

the ac in closet made it difficult to sleep in bunk beds bc of a screeching noise. i was u aboe to find clean bedding for sofa pull out. the sliding door off living room lock was broken. with smaller kids would have loved for it to lock.

I wish you had called me as I could have told you where the sofa bedding was. No one all year has mentioned a screeching noise from the a/c but I will check on it and will check the slider lock. It has worked all summer so it may be a new issue and I thank you for bringing it to my attention.

Let me just say that this was my favorite condo we ever rented in PCB! We have stayed at the Splash Resort times before, but this was the best! If you are worried about the carpet? Don't be! We found this to be the cleanest condo we ever rented before! Not to mention, there is vacuum incase of any accidents! My husband and I are 39, we have a 14 & 11 year old boys, as well as our just turned 3 year old daughter, and I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this condo!The owner is very attentive & helpful, so kind, amd answered all my questions well before the trip anytime I had them!We will definitely be back if Mrs. Vicki will have us again! We already are missing the water, missing the sand, can not wait to be back!I would stay here 1000x over again!
