Situated in the heart of Turtle Cove, Providenciales, TCI, our studio is perfectly positioned just a 5-minute walk from some of the island’s best dining spots, including Mango Reef, Baci, Shark Bite, Magnolia, Simone’s, Diane’s food stand, and Turks Wave Café. For beach lovers, Smith’s Reef Beach—ideal for snorkeling and sunbathing—is just a 10-minute stroll away, while the world-renowned Grace Bay Beach is less than a 10-minute drive. To fully explore the island, a rental car is recommended.

Welcome to your home away from home! This newly renovated studio offers the perfect mix of comfort and style, all at an affordable price. As you enter, you’ll find a chic and inviting living space, highlighted by a large glass slider that opens directly to your private patio. Here, you can enjoy morning coffee while taking in the tranquil views of the tropical gardens and the sparkling pool.

The studio features a cozy sleeping area with a plush Queen-sized bed, ensuring you have a restful night’s sleep after your island adventures. The bathroom has been fully updated with contemporary fixtures and a spacious shower.

In the fully equipped kitchen, you’ll find modern appliances and everything you need to prepare meals at your convenience. If you’d rather dine out, you’re in luck—several local restaurants are just a short walk away starting across the street!

For added convenience, the studio includes a full-size washer and dryer.

Guest Access:

During your stay, you’ll have access to two pools, including a larger pool with an outdoor shower—perfect for rinsing off after a day at the beach. Relax on your private patio overlooking the pool, or enjoy the common area patio with pool views. We’ve provided beach chairs, a cooler, and beach towels for your convenience.

Other Things to Note:

While our condo is located in a safe and friendly neighbourhood, we always recommend locking doors and storing valuables in the provided safe. Please note that smoking is not permitted in the condo.

Be sure to check out our guidebook on this platform for local recommendations and must-see spots on the island 🏝️. Since there is no public transit, we highly recommend renting a car for easy access to grocery stores and exploring the island. We’re within a 10-minute walk of the beach and several fantastic restaurants, a food truck, a coffee shop with breakfast deals, and a Gelato shop. Taxis are also available if needed.
