This was a great property just a short ride from Grace Bay. It was clean and beautiful. The pools and hot tub were nice too. The host Janelle was easy to communicate with.

Condo was great , way better then staying in hotel because the condo had fully stocked kitchen for easy meal prep also beach chairs, beach towels , snorkels and pool toys. The grounds and pool were very well maintained and cleaned daily. 10 min walk to uncrowded beach and a restaurant and ice cream place near the property. Gated secure parking lot as well.

Perfect Studio

The studio was just as pictured, easy check-in, great communication & beautiful views. It has everything you may need (pots, pans, beach accessories, etc) Would recommend this unit for a small family, or a couple. Thank you for making our vacation one to remember! Already looking forward to coming back. :)

Absolutely perfect!

This condo was perfect, it was super clean, well decorated and had amazing views! The views in the pictures do not do it justice. The location was great as we had a car and explored the island while nothing was far. Janelle was very helpful with our questions before arriving and checked on us during our stay. I would recommend this property!

Perfect week away

Wife and I really enjoyed this stay so much. Property wasin a great location to everything. Very clean and well taken care of grounds. Having rented a vehical it was everything we hoped for. Thank you for sharing this and all the info provided made the stay ready.

Clean, comfortable and a beautiful view

This is my first VRBO. I was nervous going in, but if all VRBOs are like this, everyone can rest easy. The room was clean and comfortable. The view was pretty amazing. The beach and restaurants were a short walk away. There was beach gear available for use even though I didn’t actually use it. There were two pools, just in case you didn’t want to swim in that beautiful ocean. I never met Janelle in person, but she was quick to respond to any messages that I sent her way. All this and a lot of turtles too. Great stay!

Home away from home in paradise

Janelle was FABULOUS to work with! The condo is the perfect size for two guests. If you have never been to TCI previously, Janelle will go above and beyond to help you feel comfortable and set to go. I cannot recommend her enough. One of the best trips I ever had, and it was all because of Janelle and her fabulous hospitality!

Amazing place!

My husband and I stayed here and it was perfect. Great location to everything, walking or driving. The bed was comfortable. So grateful for the ceiling fan. The kitchen and bathroom were both well stocked and the washer/dryer are a nice addition. The view was beautiful and peaceful. Overall the place was very clean, safe, and a perfect place to stay while exploring TCI.

A Slice of Paradise

Our first time in Turks & Caicos was amazing! The condo is located in a great area with lots of wonderful restaurants close by. We walked to Baci, Mango Reef, Simone's & Turtle Wave Cafe (breakfast & coffee in the morning). The beach was a short walk & was really private, beautiful, & great for snorkeling. The condo & resort were very clean & in a quiet area. Janelle was a great & very responsive host with lots of helpful information. We highly recommend staying here!

Beautiful Property

Came for a long weekend. Grocery store run by taxi went great. Janelle was awesome and very responsive. Walked to both nearby beaches. Preferred the one to the right out the front of the property. 7-8 minute walk down sandy path. Went to Simone’s on property and had a very nice dinner. Only challenge was the stairs but got used to it over the course of 3 days. Tell taxi to drop you off in the back (Sunburst Rd) and you walk straight up to Bldg 3. Definitely will be back!!

The location of this 1 room condo is perfect for snorkelers. Smith Reef (one of the most beautiful coral reef you will ever see) is about a 4-5 minute drive from the condo. Parking was always available at the beach. We met people from around the world. Locals couldn't be more friendly. We felt very safe everywhere we went on the island & we loved the culture in Provo.The location is close to Grace Bay, but far enough away that it is a little more quiet. The condo is comfortable & clean. The bed is comfortable and the back porch overlooks a sparkling clean pool & the ocean. The kitchen is well equiped. We cooked our meals there most days. The bathroom is clean & had towels, shampoo, conditioner, soap ... We used the washer & dryer in the unit often.The property was safe and secure.There were a few glitches, but Janelle, the property manager, took care them immediately. I cannot speak highly enough about Janelle. This was our first visit, so we had lots of question which Janelle answered quickly & in detail. She was very friendly, professional, and helpful. Thank you for all of the assistance you offered, Janelle. We will definitely be back.

An Unforgettable Stay: Relax, Recharge, and Renew

Our stay in Turks and Caicos was absolutely incredible! This VRBO was in the perfect location—just a short walk to both the stunning beach and fantastic local restaurants. The home itself was beautifully maintained, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The hosts were responsive and made sure our stay was seamless. The pool was the perfect temperature—refreshing yet warm enough to enjoy at any time of the day. It quickly became our favorite spot to relax and unwind. One of the best parts of our trip was meeting so many lovely people from all over the world who were also staying at this location. The friendly atmosphere made our experience even more special. Between the beautiful surroundings, ideal amenities, and great company, this was truly a memorable getaway. We can’t wait to return!

Home away from home

I wanted to thank you for allowing us to stay in your condo. The condo had everything you could need or want. This was our second stay in Janelle’s condo the complex is so quiet and well maintained . The kitchen was perfect for making meals, the bedding was very comfortable, and the view was amazing. We could sit on the patio and enjoy the view all day long. Janelle was very attentive to all of our communication and this was appreciated. She was so kind to help us celebrate our anniversary and my birthday with a bottle of Prosecco and decorations. Beautiful beach and wonderful restaurants about a 10 minute walk away.
