SAND CASTLES is a modern 4 bedroom holiday home that accommodates up to 8 guests with beach access only 50 metres away! Plenty of room for parking and the boat!

Open plan kitchen with fridge/freezer, electric oven/gas stove top, microwave, toaster, kettle, electric frypan, sandwich press, dining area with table/chairs, living area with 3 x 2 seater lounges, 1 single lounge chair, Smart TV, DVD player, ceiling fan, split system reverse cycle air-conditioner.

Main bedroom has an ensuite with walk-in shower, vanity and w/c. 3 bedrooms with ceiling fans, 4th bedroom with pedestal fan.
Main bathroom with walk-in shower, front loading washing machine, laundry trough, clothes airer, separate vanity, separate w/c.


Rear yard with small deck, picnic table, flat top gas BBQ, clothesline.

Point Souttar is a small beach settlement around 12 km's from Point Turton, it has a beautiful white beach great for swimming or kayaking and a rocky area perfect for snorkelling. There is also a beach launch located about 1 km up the road to launch your boat - 4WD only.

Bed configuration - bed 1 - queen, bed 2 - queen, bed 3 - 2 x single beds, bed 4 - tri-bunk (double on bottom/single on top)

Pillows and quilts are provided, you will need to take your own linen - pillow cases, sheets, towels/bath mat and tea towels.
