I would appreciate it if the check in and check out instructions were sent automatically. I had to message for both. Additionally, the place was lacking in cleanliness. We arrived to a dirty toilet, popcorn kernels on the couch and a trash bag with dirty diapers out on the patio. Otherwise, the place was good for our needs. Kitchen was very well stocked, beds were comfy, was close to the mountain.

From the Owner: We are happy that overall you enjoyed the property and the location. Also, that you found the kitchen well-stocked, and the beds were comfortable. We checked with Evolve, and a pre-stay email was sent by VRBO on 2/16 with both the check-in and check-out instructions. I'm sorry if this was missed and you had to contact them for additional instructions. We have shared your feedback regarding the cleanliness with the cleaners. They have been advised that they need to thoroughly inspect the property and exterior more carefully during their routine cleanings before each booking. Thank you for your feedback.

Awesome spot! Worked well for the large group we had. The only negative would be that the AC stopped working halfway through our stay. Other than that the hosts were very quick to respond.

4 adults and 2 children stayed for 3 days and we even had room for more. The bedroom with the bunk beds was perfect for the boys. The location on the golf course was very awesome. We saw many different birds and even had an adorable chipmunk hanging around. Beds are soft and comfy. The house is on a busy street so street noise can be a bother but none of us had problems with it. No complaints. I recommend this place to anybody with a group.
