Holiday Get Away

Our family of 4 adults and 2 children 7 & 9 spent a delightful week enjoying the house and visiting nearby attractions. The kids particularly loved the pool, and even the planes taking off were part of the entertainment.

Nice house with perfect amenities

The rooms were spacious and clean. The pool was perfect size and the kids had a blast. We didn't use the outdoor kitchen, mainly because it was too hot outside.We would come back to Palm Springs for this house.

We had a great stay at this property. I definitely recommend this home. The kitchen is well furnished and everything was clean. There are plenty of pool toys for kids and adults. Thanks for a great property.

Awesome property

Very clean property. Ample room for everyone. Large back yard with plenty of pool toys and entertainment for the kids. Charlie was great in all aspects of communicating with us and providing us with very clear and easy to understand instructions. We will definitely come back and recommend this property!

Great resort-like property!

This was one of the best rentals we’ve vacationed at in many years. The house is exactly as pictured. The house itself is very spacious and the backyard is amazing! In addition it is stocked with so many extras not usually seen in rental properties. Charlie is great! Very responsive and easy to work with. We have already booked again for next year and look forward to returning.

Exceptional property especially for a long stay!

This property was our home away from our Canadian home for the past 3 months! Our host Charlie was amazing and an excellent communicator. The property was pristine and very clean, and the beds, pillows, and linens were of great quality. Bathrooms are well stocked with the extras like shampoo, conditioner, body wash, Q-tips, make-up removal towels, and blow dryers. Nice touches. The showers have lots of pressure and hot water. There were no surprises along the way from the time of our online booking to our arrival 6 months later. Charlie kept in touch frequently and helped us navigate our long-term stay with clear information such as the cost to heat the pool and hot tub The house is very high tech with great audio and video features inside the home. Lots of TV/Netflix options and music sources. Everything is in perfect working order. The pool is professionally maintained twice a week and the gardener comes once a week. Garbage disposal is curbside once a week. Professional housekeeping is available at an extra cost but well worth it plus they will launder the bed linens. The property exceeded our expectations with so many extras. Like the outdoor TV and bar fridge. It’s a huge yard, so a nice mix of sun and shade all day. A lot of citrus trees on the property, so it’s fun to pick your own lemons, limes, and oranges. The outdoor fire table was enjoyable, especially on those chilly evenings. The kitchen has every appliance and amenities to comfortably prepare meals, including a gas range, outdoor BBQ, and great dishwasher. The ice maker pumps out lots of ice so making slushy drinks is no problem with the industrial blender! The kitchen also has 2 wine/beverage fridges. It’s a short Uber ride to downtown ($8.00 to $11.00 one way) and there are so many wonderful restaurants to check out and enjoy! Lots of activities happening in and around Palm Springs and easy to get around. Golf is reasonably priced and a lot of public courses that are very close to the property. We enjoyed every minute of our time and would rate Charlie and his property 10 stars if we could!!

Excellent Family Vacation

Great indoor and outdoor spaces and amenities! Very clean and comfortable. The decorating themes and colors were cheerful and and a fun place to relax with family. The property is located in a quiet neighborhood that is conveniently located a short drive to airport, restaurants, and activities. We had a wonderful time! Charlie is easy to communicate with, promptly replied to inquiries, and addressed requests. Highly recommend Palm Paradise.

Perfect get-away!

This was the perfect getaway for 3 generation of our family to celebrate an 80th birthday and Thanksgiving! It is as spacious as it appears in the pictures, and we really appreciated that it has everything you could possibly need, not just in the kitchen, but in way of fun outdoor and indoor activities! Despite the owner being on another continent, he was quick to respond to all of our silly questions because we were too lazy to look up the answers, and he was super accommodating to all our needs!

This vacation home was perfect! It was clean, had large comfortable bedrooms, was fully stocked and the outdoor space was amazing. Charlie, the owner, was a breeze to deal with and made sure we were taken care of. Will definitely be staying here again!

Excellent Palm Springs for a group

One of the best equipped Vrbo properties we have stayed in. Bathrooms are newly redone and nice, kitchen has all you could need for cooking. Backyard is great for a crowd.

Fabulous First Birthday Party

This property has EVERYTHING you forgot or don’t want to pack. I so appreciated the high hair and pack n play already at the house for our (now) one year old! Don’t worry about packing your shampoo/conditioner/body wash (even individual make up remover wipes!), the products provided are ample and of great quality! The four rooms and bathrooms were perfect for the four couples we had staying at the house for our family get together. Our child loved exploring the expansive house and had the absolute best time in the saltwater pool! I felt so much better having him in a saltwater pool than chlorine! His uncles who are both over 6 feet tall appreciated the depth of the pool and had a blast as well. We were worried that being so close to the airport would be loud, it absolutely was not! Charlie was great, quick to respond and very kind. Just be conscious of Palm Springs’ strict house rental rules, especially the no music outside. (Despite this, there is an amazing Sonos speaker in the kitchen to play your favorite tunes in the house!) It was perfect for a family get together/baby’s first birthday party! We’d love to come back some day!
