This home has been renovated top to bottom with all-new flooring, appliances, a Samsung Bespoke refrigerator, custom tile, and cabinetry. Every room features a ceiling fan and lighting on dimmer switches. Custom mattresses ensure a comfortable night's sleep. Each bedroom has a phone charging station with white noise and Bluetooth speakers. The bathrooms provide salon-quality blow dryers, magnifying mirrors, shampoo, conditioner, soap and lotion.
The large pass-through window in the kitchen and La Cantina-style door are the highlights of the home allowing the indoor-outdoor vibe at all times.
This home is brand new to the rental market and all that comes with it. Brand new furnishings, kitchen supplies, mattresses, etc. With the exception of the vintage pieces that complete the mid-century vibe.

Not our definition, but insurance companies require that the following breeds are not at the properties: Pitbull or Pitbull family breeds, rottweiler, german shepherd, doberman, bullmastiff, boxer, or similar breeds.
