Welcome to Das Ferienhaus, your home away from home in the Texas Hill Country! Conveniently located between Main Street and Wine Road 290, this well appointed suite offers everything you need to make you feel right at home. After a day of exploring the town, enjoy a glass of wine on the inviting patio or relax in the private hot tub. The inviting bedroom will leave you rested and rejuvenated!
LOCATION - Located just .7 miles from Main Street and 2 miles from the center of downtown Fredericksburg, Texas
HOST - This is one of eight suites on the property but your suite is completely private and has its own private entrance and doesn't share any of its amenities with any of the other suites on the property.
SLEEPS - Up to 4 people in a king bedroom and a bunk bed (twin bed over a full bed) in the sleeping nook
BATH - 1 full bathroom with a tub/shower combination

Eclipse getaway
I stayed here for the 2024 eclipse and it was a really wonderful stay. The place was very clean and charming and enjoyed soaking in the hot tub each evening. Would definitely stay here again. It’s about <5 mins drive from Main Street area

What a wonderful place to stay. Hotel standard, beautiful furnishings, Cosy but luxurious. Perfect for a couple get away. Close to everything. Immaculate! Don't stay here because we want lots of availability.

Perfect!
We absolutely loved Das Ferienhaus! It was the perfect place for our long weekend trip to Fredericksburg. It is so clean and nicely decorated. It has everything you may need and then some! The hot tub is great! Love the fireplaces! We felt safe and the location is excellent. Close to everything! Will definitely be back!

Great house!
The house and property is great and very clean! The set up of the bedrooms with full en-suite bathrooms is fantastic. The proximity to downtown is nice and convenient. The hot tub was a nice treat during the cold weather. The only negative aspect about this house/location is the Vet Clinic across the street in front of the property. In the early mornings and late evenings there was a lot of very loud dog barking everyday which disrupted the peace and quiet.
