Summary:

Come stay in style at La Belle Vie and live the good life in this beautiful 1/1! The spacious bathroom is to die for with a soaking tub to pamper yourself! Spend time outdoors in the big fenced yard, relax in the private hot tub and unwind by the firepit. Sip a glass of wine or your morning coffee on the deck and feel your stress slip away. Only a short distance from Main Street, you can explore Fredericksburg then sleep blissfully in the luxurious king-size bed! Managed by Heavenly Hosts



The Space:

The home is now a duplex! A private suite has been added to the back of the property and is rented separately. The only shared space is the driveway, everything else is completely private. La Belle Vie is the front unit, offering full privacy and comfort. Traveling with another couple or a group of four? Send us a message, we’d love to help you reserve both units! We may even be able to offer a special discount when booking both spaces.



- There is no cable at the house. We don't advertise cable on this listing. There are Smart TV's + WIFI. You are able to log into your own streaming service accounts.

House was nice and as described online. We had an issue with the hot tub but once we called they sent someone to take care of it in less than 30 minutes. This house is on a quiet street and easy to walk to main.

Clean and privacy was 10/10. The hot tub was perfect and we watched the boxing match at the same time. Would recommend this for a couples getaway. The strip is about 2 blocks away, but you can always Uber to the center of it. Would recommend this stay 100%

Great small home close to main

My husband and really enjoyed the 2 nights we stayed. The bed is comfortable and the sheets and pillow cases are soft. Oversized shower and hot tub was our favorite part.

Great place and great location

Great, clean and convenient spot to downtown Fredericksburg! Really clean and nice small house. Loved the hot tub and outdoor space. Very clean and great communication from the owners. I’d stay here again no doubt.

“Buddymoon with friends”

Perfect location with enough distance from the busy streets and close enough to everything. We were in Comfort, TX for a wedding and bride and groom asked us to join with family and friends in Fredericksburg for a few days. We will definitely return.

LOVE!!

We absolutely adore this property. I would 100% come back. Clean, thoughtfully laid out and beautiful. I slept like a champ, enjoyed coffee on the patio, and several dips in the hot tub.

Felt like Heaven!!!

My husband and I spent 4 days and 3 nights at this heavenly place. We had the best sleep in our entire lives. The bed was so comfortable and the sheets were the softest ever! We absolutely loved the tub and shower and enjoyed the hot tub also. This place will be our spot for years to come! Loved it!!!

Wind storm

The place was very nice and clean inside. A wind sorm came in the day we got there. This caused a tree to break and fill the back yard with limbs. This could not be help by the owners or management. We reported unsafe and unusable yard. They were not able to clean it up during our stay, unfortunately. They did give a discount. Aside from this issue, the place was great.

We will be back!!

This was a perfect spot for a getaway with my husband!!! Close enough to walk to everything on Main St, but far enough from any noise. The backyard was super relaxing, the bed was super comfy, and the house had everything we needed to rest and recharge for a few days. 2 critiques: **Provide hot pads for taking things out of the oven (we had to use the spatula and tongs to get something out😆) ** It is an older house that has shifted, so the shower door doesn't close tight. The first time the shower was used, I stepped out into a big puddle. We remedied this by shifting the shower head more towards the wall, but wanted to give other guests a heads up! We will absolutely book here again!!!

Birthday Getaway

The listing was largely accurate and met our expectations. However, we encountered a small issue with the neighboring guests who parked in a way that blocked the entire driveway. It seemed they hadn’t read the instructions provided, which clearly outlined where to park for each rental unit. Upon entering our accommodations, we were immediately taken by the cozy decor, but the highlight for me was undoubtedly the bathroom. Its design was simply stunning and added a lovely touch to our stay. We had eagerly anticipated relaxing in the hot tub during our trip; however, when we opened it in the backyard, we were disappointed to find the water in a rather unpleasant state. It was murky, and a strong odor reminiscent of shrimp filled the air. In response to our concerns, I reached out to Caitlina, who was incredibly prompt and accommodating. She offered to send someone over that same night or the following morning to address the issue. We chose to have it taken care of in the morning, as we had returned late after indulging in dinner at a local restaurant. The next day, we spent time exploring the delightful shops in town, and when we came back to the rental, to our relief, the hot tub had been cleaned, but the strong chlorine smell deterred us from using it after all.The location of the property is absolutely fantastic. If you enjoy you'll find it's a short stroll to numerous shops and eateries, making it convenient to experience the charm of the area. I would definitely recommend.

We’re also sorry to hear that the hot tub wasn’t in ideal condition when you arrived.
