The couch and sun drenched deck are waiting! Modern and comfy 3 bedroom 2 bathroom house (one being master en suite. Pin coded access. Easy access to SH3, and shops.
Fully fenced in a quiet col-de-sac of a new subdivision.
Master bedroom: super king bed, heat pump, walk in wardrobe and en suite.
The main bathroom features a deep bath, toilet is separate.
Kitchen: dishwasher, microwave, Nespresso coffee, plunger.
Smart tv for Netflix/apple tv etc.
Office nook in hallway.
The space:
Master bedroom down separate wing to other two bedrooms for more bedroom privacy, while the open plan kitchen, lounge and dining with deck attached provide a big, shared comfy space.

Stayed Friday to Sunday weather was great. Lovely quiet area away from main centre though only 3 min drive to centre of town. Very clean and tidy property. Exvellent accomodation.

We had an amazing time at this beautiful family home! The host was excellent with communication, friendly and responsive throughout. The house itself is cosy and welcoming, set in a lovely environment that made us feel right at home. The amenities were fantastic, the shower was amazing and the beds were super comfortable for a great night’s sleep. The outdoor area was absolutely beautiful, with stunning ferns and lush plants creating a peaceful vibe. Honestly, we wished we could have stayed a few days longer! Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway.
