Our modern 3 bedroom coastal home has all the luxury finishes & comforts to make you feel like you're staying at a high end hotel.
Inside you'll find heated concrete floors, cosy wood fire place, fully equiped chefs kitchen with stone bench tops, quality appliances & butlers pantry.
There are two living areas, both with smart TV's for the family to enjoy their own space.

The master bedroom with king size bed is complete with stunning garden views, walk in robe & ensuite.
The second bedroom with queen size bed is situated at the opposite end of the house, also with it's own private ensuite overlooking the pool.
There is also a single bunk bed in the third bedroom located next to the family bathroom with a large bath tub to relax in.

Outside you won't be able to resist spending a sunny day in the amazing solar heated pool, cook up a storm on the BBQ & settle into the evening listening to the native wildlife & sipping your new favourite local wine.

Our home is ready & waiting to welcome you & your favourite people for some well deserved rest & relaxation.

Please be aware that our pool is solar heated only. please note that the temperature of the pool is subject to weather conditions and may vary. We strive to ensure the pool is pleasant, but cannot guarantee specific temperatures, especially during periods of inclement weather or cooler months.

While this property is available for booking, your reservation is not considered final until we have reviewed your stay details and had a discussion with you. We require guests to provide information about their trip, including the purpose of their stay and the number of occupants. We reserve the right to cancel any booking at our discretion if it does not align with our property policies or if sufficient details are not provided. Please reach out to us when booking to ensure a smooth approval process.

No events, party groups or schoolies groups allowed.

Well behaved, toilet trained pets allowed upon application but not up on furniture.
