Each room in the condo has its own personality, noticeable from the first step in. The condo is alive, literally, with a collection of flora ranging from tropical Hoya to desert cacti present throughout.

The well thought out spaces are meant to have specific uses: the entry way is organized to help you be prepared before you step out without forgetting anything, a simple shelf on the custom made mirror accomplishes this in minimal fashion. The cubby bench reduces traffic and makes it easier to manage big winter items like boots and coats.

An inviting living room awaits, but beware of the cloud couches, they are easy to get lost in. Kick your feet up on the stow-away ottomans that double as stools when guests are present. The theatre set up includes a high-end sound system and the cinematic Philips hue lighting system - this takes movie night and binging to another level. The coffee table lip can be turned into the couch for the perfect place to keep the snacks and the wine.

In the same shared space, the kitchen distinctly and purposely stands apart from the cozy living room. From the shiplap ceiling, brighter color palette and lighting, its meant to be a space where you start your day. The coffee bar is stocked with various Nespresso products and other small appliances to ensure you can stick to your morning routine. High-end appliances compliment a compact but well organized open-concept layout that includes a collection of unique serveware to choose from.

Enjoy your morning coffee on the outside on the terrace overlooking the waterfront as you watching the planes come and go from Toronto's Billy Bishop airport, or take in the views of the CN Tower that literally towers over the patio. In the Spring and Summer, expect the BBQ to be ready to go, sectional and lounge chairs, and a beautiful garden to pull herbs from for whatever cocktail you're lounging with.

The spare bedroom is far from a second thought. Similar to the main bedroom, there is a stiff but comfortable high-end mattress and pillows, also with protective covering under the linens. This rooms doubles as an office and designed to simply be "nice to be in" with art work and colors to produce a sense of calm but not laziness. After all, if you're looking to get productive this is where to do it. The motorized standup desk can be adjusted to suit the office chair or the walking pad stored in the closet, plus a second screen and all the accessories to make sure you have a workstation while here.

Last but not least, the bathroom. The shower panel offers a handful of different settings but regardless of what you prefer, you'll always get that cedar scent as the room heats up. Or fill up the large tub and lay back on the spa pillows if you need to relax. Shampoo, soap, towels - all on deck.
